I've been sitting on this review for several months because I still can't believe how my favorite…read moreauto repair shop went to crap because of the owner, Paul. Back in the spring I had my car towed to this place which alone cost me $150. This was after waiting two weeks for an appointment and providing a list of items to look at. Paul called and said the car was ready, brake problem fixed. I asked about the other items and he replied something along the lines of all we looked at was the brakes... Fast forward a few months and my car still sounds like the front end is about ready to fall out of it... I am sick of the horrible service these days; usually it's because of youngsters with no work ethic, but this was the owner. Stay away!!!

Called and got a quote because Grain Valley Muffler couldn't get me in until the following day…read more Called these guys and was quoted nearly triple what the other shop quoted. I told them how much higher they were than their compeitor and haggled a bit on the price. He said he'd talk to his boss and call me back. No call back, so I called and said I'll pay their price. I decided it was worth the extra money to get it done same day. I show up 5 min early and I'm the only person in the lobby. No one says a word to me or even looks at me. After a couple min, I say something to the guy in the lobby so he knows I'm the guy there for the appt (he already knew). I sit there for another 15 min while he makes phone calls and carries on with business like there isn't someone there for an appt. Needless to say, after 20 min of sitting there, I left as it was obvious they were doing me this way on purpose. If you didn't want my business say so. Having me waste an hour of my afternoon was pretty uncool. Felt like I was in JR High all over again. If you want to save yourself an experience like this and a lot of money, take your business to Grain Valley Muffler. Side note: I tried to talk myself out of leaving this review. Couldn't do it. You don't treat customers this way. I'll match your pettiness.
