Wedding attendees are still raving about the food. The most frequent comments are that "it was absolutely the best wedding food" they have ever had, as well as, "it came hot". The service staff was polite and efficient. The day got away from us, so they adjusted to meet our needs. I never remember what I ate at most weddings. These guests will remember for years. Also, we had several guests with severe allergies and some with gluten issues. All of our needs were met and never questioned. Their menu is designed for GF/DF. But we also needed several plated dinners due to our more extremely allergic guests. We felt that our concerns were heard and taken seriously. Thank you!!! We also used the bar tending staff. They were excellent as well. We had three signature drinks and beer, wine and champagne. There was minimal waiting for drinks, even during the cocktail hour. I highly recommend this company for any event.

The Tenderloin Roquefort entrée was tasty, however barely warm or served cold for many. The Italian Stuffed Chicken looked boiled and most unappealing and unappetizing. It lacked taste, stuffing and was cold. The Butternut Squash Ravioli entrée portion was embarrassingly sparse with only 4 to 5 ravioli on plate. That entrée easily should have been double the portion size for what we paid per plate. No bread and butter plates on table setting as pictured in the place setting agreement. Cold dinner rolls that were wrapped in a napkin as if warm in basket on tables. The servers were lacking in professionalism and training. Servers should have completed serving all entrees on one table before moving on to the next...as to not have one person without entrée for 3 to 5 minutes, while the rest of table sits and stares at their already cold food. Servers expressing to our guests how they're tired and exhausted and want to get the heck out of there. Server staff pulling dessert dishes before guests were finished, placing uneaten desserts on tablecloth, taking water glasses before guest were finished with them, pouring coffee into paper cups and letting guests know they needed to get these dishes into kitchen washed and packed because they wanted to get home! We thought that a served dinner would be a bit more elevated and special than a buffet, it was nothing close to that for our guests that night. It was disappointing and embarrassing.

You can order ahead of you want but waiting for your food is nice on a sunny day. Decently priced and friendly service, he was super cool and can definitely make some good roadside food! The fries were great!!! The sandwich was delicious with the crunch on the bread and I was very happy to eat it. Now I feel fat but a good fat. I definitely recommend coming to try this place if you're near by.

I finally found a number to call . the person answering the call said they would be about 15 min late. they came an hour late. our guests were there and everything was a mess. we could not decorate the tables as Gaylord's was suppling the linens. our guests were helping to set tables, arrange food, etc. the food was dropped off by one person!! he had to rush , bring in food, practically threw it on the table. brought the wrong color of linens and then he rushed off. do not use this company!! they have serious staffing issues and poor communication!! the food was alright . we ordered hamburger sliders but the meat was in odd lumps, not like a burger should look. avoid , avoid!

COMMUNICATION: I live out of state and thought it might be difficult to work remotely with a caterer, but Nicki made the whole experience easy and fun. I really felt like she took the time to make sure I was happy with everything and was always available to chat on the phone or quick to respond to my emails. GRAZING BOARDS + APPETIZERS: I was drawn to Twisted Radish by the photos on their website of their elaborate grazing boards (because appetizers are always one of my favorite parts of a wedding..), and it was so fun creating a delicious spread with Nicki's help. The end result was even better than I expected, she went out of her way to make sure everything was displayed beautifully and it all tasted amazing. DINNER: We did a plated dinner with three different main course options - Wedding Day Salmon, Herbed Tri Tip and Apple Cider Chicken. Each plate came with heirloom carrots with rosemary and orange, garlic broccoli with chili flakes, roasted fingerling potatoes, poached pear salad and sourdough dinner rolls. She even surprised us with butter boards for the rolls! Every dish tasted amazing, even better than I imagined. COFFEE AND DESSERT: Nicki set up a incredible coffee station complete with almond and oat milks in vintage carafes. I have a lot of coffee snobs in the family, and they all approved of the coffee. She also make us two homemade ice cream flavors (vanilla bean and blackberry) that were fantastic. STAFF: Everyone from Twisted Radish was so kind and extremely professional. You can tell they love what they do. I would 100% recommend Twisted Radish for any future events needing delicious and beautiful food. I feel extremely lucky they were available because I feel like we got the very best of the best!

After speaking with the owner, who was very personable, he mentioned that the Brisket we had ordered was in the smoker for 16 hours!! The bark/burnt portion of it was so good.
