Years ago I had to replace my windshield in Orange County and a company named Atlas Auto Glass did an outstanding job. When I called the owner here in Redlands at this location if he was related I came to find out his son owned the Orange County location. Right then and there already knew I was in good hands. The owner came out and repaired my windshield and did an outstanding job despite my car having a tinted windshield. He was friendly, kind, did a great job of explaining the situation and very professional. I have an SUV with factory tint on the back windows. Rather than just putting the 3% all the way around and calling it a day, they color matched the back windows to the front so the whole vehicle would look uniform. I have had many vehicles that I have had the windows tinted, and I think this is the first time there were not little bubbles that had to "work themselves out". When i went to pick up my vehicle, the installer was there and he was so nice! He walked me through everything that he did. He even told me what layers of percentage he used to color match the back to the front. My vehicle looks amazing, and the heat has been cut down considerably inside. These guys take pride in what they do and it really shows through their work. The pricing was very reasonable, and to be honest i was expecting to pay more than I did, so that was an extra bonus in my book!

NEVER take your car to this tint company unless you want the worst service ever!!!!…read more The tint installation was poor quality, along with their inability to reason with paying customers. I had bubbles and water stains from it not drying properly. They told me to return it, and they wanted to reinstall the tint and let it dry in the sun for hours. However, when I arrived, the installer tried to do a quick fix and send us on our way without retinting the windows and allowing the sun to dry it properly. When I disagreed, he told me he would take out the tint and give me my money back!! He was aggressive and attempted to overspeak me several times. I remained calm and tried to reason with him, but he continued to talk aggressively, then he hung up the phone in my face. IT WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! He started to remove the tint. As he was ripping off the tint, he later changed the refund to minus the labor cost, which was $80. This information should have been disclosed prior to him taking off the tint. This company is so unprofessional!!!!
