The "sister hotel" should have been shutdown, and may have been until we got there. No refund, no offer, just lies. It seemed like they rounded up anyone associated with Virgin (employees and guests) and threw them out. Everyone here is Virgin staff, maybe a few guests, and the best part is this place is worse than a hostile. The staff tried to help but only so much you can do with an abandoned property. Avoid getting ripped off. Don't pay in advance and it's still a dice roll. The hotel looked beautiful. Wish we had gotten to see it.
