Best place to go when you're having tire troubles. It wont make a dent in your pocket either. My tire would continuously get flat and I didn't know why. Turns out that I had a nail in my tired. The repair man literally took the tire out, showed me a nail, and proceeded to patch it up. It took about 10 minutes and only cost $8. By far the most straight forward service and reasonably priced place to go. And you get to watch them fix it so there are no doubts! Would definitely recommend :) read more

Terrible customer service and a very disrespectful attitude. I went there to get tires changed on my car, and the way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. A business should know how to treat customers with basic respect, regardless of the situation. I will never come back here and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Installed my tire inside out. Ended up having to get my wheel bearing replaced because of the damage. Went back and asked for the owner or manager and was told they weren't there and they were closed. When I explained why I was there all the guy said was "let me see your lug nut key" and they did remove the tire and install it correctly, however the tire is completely cut up and worn out on the now outside part because of it being installed incorrectly. Such a careless mistake costed me $1,000. I have never had a tire shop install my tire inside out. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

I go there to get my right back tire changed . When I get there, the guy who changes my tire, informs me that I have a nail in my tire. He then informs me that he will patch up my tire.I get back home and I see my center tire cap is missing . I call them up to inform them my cap is missing the manager informed me he will replace it . I ended up replacing it myself a week later because it was never replaced by the tire shop. When I put my cap on I noticed the same tire was flat. The pressure is at 21 when it's suppose to be at least 33 only after a week . Just a waste of time going to this place. read more

I've been coming to this place for about a year, great prices, amazing people and incredible service.

I've been coming here for years, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Sure, the waiting room looks like the old CBGB's men's room, but if you need a tire patch or rotation.....or even a set of used tires for a beater, they'll take care of you at quite reasonable prices. They also know what they're doing. Balancing is always spot on, etc. (Yes, I've been to expensive national chains/franchises that mess things up.) Can't say enough good things about Passaic County Tire. No wait like the Pep Shop Boys up the street. One time I sat Pep Boys for four hours and they didn't even look at my car. Passaic County Tire took me in as a walk-in and had me in and out within 15 minutes. Can't beat that with a bat! They are very friendly and well priced. I went in for a flat and to my surprise my tire walls were messed up they told me that i can still use it but to keep in mind that ill have to change them soon. I asked for a quote for replacement tires and they gave me a good quote only $34 more then if i bough them online myself from tirerack.com but that $34 more is with the installation so IMO they are very fair unlike others I've been to. read more

Went here for a flat tire. Prices are pretty good and the service is good and fast. Flat tire fix is $15 and they have used tires for good prices. I'll definitely come back if I have tire trouble. read more

8/17/2016 Just when you thought things couldn't get worse they do I can't emphasize enough the importance of a business that is operated with character and integrity,which this place has neither of,yesterday I went to my mechanic to get my brakes fixed as he took of the tires,he calls me over and shows me these two huge bubbles on the inside of the tire (good job hiding it on the inside Andrew)so I get my brakes fixed ,I call up Passaic County Tires and let them know of the situation ,he says come over we'll take a look at it ,so this morning I go there I explained to the guy what happened ,he takes off the tire and says holy sh_t we installed this ,he says come inside and talk with the boss,so we walk in its the same guy that refused to listen to me pertaining to the tire gauge, first thing he says ,"thanks for the bad review on GOOGLE" so I say I'm going to write another review unless you fix this problem on hand so he turns around to another guy in the back office and tells me that he is no longer the boss the other guy is ,so this other guy comes out ,the previous boss tells the new boss not about the faulty tire that they installed on my car but tells him about the bad review I wrote about the business so the new boss says,we're not going to do anything for this guy when I'm standing right in front of him without saying a single word to me and tells his guy put his tire back on and get him out of here, this was his response to installing a faulty tire and braking a tire pressure gauge and this is how I got treated I told him that I would get in touch with BBB ,he said he could care less, well I did and I filed a complaint with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and like I said in my previous review I lived here for more than 30 years and I am going to make sure everyone that I know finds out what a crook you are ! read more
