Bad experience asked for them to power wash my fence it had algae and my mailbox and patio. He quoted 250.00 for the fence and 150.00 for the patio. I said ok. He gave me a day that he would return to do the job June 20, 2025. I also asked him to blast out the weeds on the lip of the driveway and the walkway in the front of the house he said ok that would be included in the quote. I waited till June 20,2025. To prepare I moved all my furniture off my patio onto the lawn planning to move it back when he was done the next day. On the day of the 20th I request he also do my furniture he says it will be 150.00 more. I say ok. He comes the 20th he starts the job and leaves without doing anything he said his machine broke down. He states he will return in a week 7 days from then. My furniture now had to sit on my lawn for a week killing the grass underneath it. I can't move it it's heavy until I get help which I scheduled the next day on June 21st. Now my furniture is sitting on the lawn killing it. He doesn't offer to help me with it. He just leaves and calls me with the bad news. You would figure he would come back as soon as possible he doesn't. He does other scheduled jobs in between leaving me hanging. He could have rearranged his other jobs and completed mine. He shows up after a weeks time he power washed the algae off of one part of the fence, doesn't do the whole fence as he was contracted to do, he does the mail box. On the section of the fence he does he leaves weeds growing through the bottom panel which he could have sprayed out with the water pressure. When he sprayed the brick patio he sprayed dirt onto the house and left it there, didn't clean it. He never pressure washed the furniture at all. He actually sprayed dirt onto the furniture and left it there. He took the nozzle off of my hose and never replaced it, he left it the hose where he positioned it and never returned it to it original position, he just didn't care. Now I'm left with dead grass patches in my back yard, dirt sprayed on my house and furniture, my equipment all over. He knew I had a bad back and knew I wanted the weeds removed. When he first estimated the job he could have told me his power washing would not get rid of the weeds but let me believe it would to get the job. He could have said I can spay the weeds with something to kill them if he was honest about it but he was not. He charged me 550.00 stating he couldn't do anything about the weeds, knowing he did not do any of the furniture and caked them with dirt, I asked him if he did the whole fence he lied and said he did. What a bad performance and a high price and damage to my property solely as a result of his actions. He got high ratings on grok 3 (artificial intelligence) but in reality I give him a 1 out of 5. I was in a rush and didn't check over his work my bad, but I shouldn't have to go over his work and get into an argument how bad his performance was when he thought what he did was fine( I believe he knew it was subpar but was trying to make an easy buck) He actually put a hose in my pool and was draining water out of my pool with out my knowledge or permission.
