I was actually parked in front of another nail salon that I had received mani and pedi services from before. Although they were good, I wasn't 100% satisfied. While still sitting in my car, I checked Google once more for an alternative. I selected going to Amazing Nails because, although the spa that I was sitting in front of and the other spa that I considered both had higher ratings; upon reading the reviews of the three of them, the other two with higher ratings also had some negative comments. Amazing Nails Spa had none. Yesterday was my first time going to Amazing Nails. The spa was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and the three staff that were there were friendly, happy, polite, respectful, and professional. I was a walk in client. I was greeted and seated immediately. I received one of the best pedicures I've had in a long time. I was so relaxed and dozed off several times! LOThe services that I selected for both my mani and my pedicure were completed as requested. I will definitely return to this location. read more

I received the best treatment for a pedicure that I had ever experienced. I was hesitate about having a male because I had such a horrible experience with one in the past. But this gentleman took his time with me and could not have done a better job. He was very courteous and respectful as well. I felt as if I was the only customer that he had that day. Kayla took the time to explain to me all the benefits of SNS and I decided to give it a try. My nails came out beautiful! They are much thinner than even acrylic-gel nails and healthier for my nails. I love that the color is all the way through and is not just a top coat. If you've had a bad SNS job before, you should check this place out, Kayla is very careful and does an excellent job. TWO AND A HALF STARS I've been looking for a regular nail salon for awhile. The first time I came here was July 5, 2019. They did an okay job with my SNS and pedicure, and decided to give them another try August 2. I LOVED the way two ladies did my SNS and pedicure. I decided (or so I thought) that I would make this my regular nail salon. On Saturday August 17, I brought my husband here for his birthday to get a mani-pedi. I was told that only I could be serviced because no women were present. I explained to the guy that this was my husband's birthday gift. The man pretty much told me to come back tomorrow. He told me only women can service men. Never heard of anything like that before in my life! I STILL tried to give them ANOTHER chance! I returned Sunday, August 18 at 3:45 pm only to be told to come back AGAIN. The woman told me they were full for the day (only one person was in the waiting area), and they closed at 6 pm. I politely told her if I leave again I would never be coming back and she said okay. Amazing Nails is clearly are not about business! I am a regular customer here and I always bring my daughter with me but on today the greeter told me it was an hour wait. He told me to come back but I told him that I would wait . He said okay but came back and said that he had 3 appointments after that and didn't know when and or if they could do my nails. When my friends pulled up to get me I sent her in to see what he told her he made her an appointment and told her 1 hour and 40 minutes. I just moved to the area and I decided to try out a new place to get my nails done. I'm not sure who the guy is that did my nails, but he did a horrible job. When I told him it looked messy and asked him to take it off he snatched my hand while I tried taking a picture of just my nails. I then kept asking how much was the fill in he already did so I could just leave, and they said 24$ ( for literally nothing ) then kept saying they will fix it and telling me to sit. I'm sadden by my experience. Normally I come here to get my nails done and the ladies do a wonderful job. Today I got a gentleman who did a horrible job following directions on how I wanted my nails. Did a terrible job painting my nails, a lady came to fix his mistakes, she did a rush job and I ended up with nail polish all over my hands and bubbles in the polish.
