They are terrific (and what a pleasure to get to write a glowing review instead of a flame)! Not only did they print my scores according to my specifications, but the quality of the work was superb. Co-owner Steve gave me a tour of their extensive facilities, and they can print literally anything! Most of the staff has been there for over 20 years, which is a huge vote of confidence. Another project I discussed with Steve was their ability to print softcover books for me. I don't like to keep inventory, and most printers want to make a killing on small quantity jobs where they want to charge me MORE than what I can sell them for retail, which is an obvious non-starter. PCP can do small runs where I can make a reasonable margin, and it is great to find this kind of capability in a local firm - I usually have to find someone out of state. I always receive amazing service from the young boy upfront with a little bit longer hair. He's absolutely incredible with customer service. However, I would like to leave a bit of a note for the older guy who I believe is the manager. I think it would be wise if when your employees make a mistake, you don't publicly announce it to the customers waiting in the lobby. As I was waiting for my mail, the older Manager started making a scene about a mistake, The younger kid had made. This is something that needs to be corrected in private not in a situation where customers are in the lobby waiting. I can't imagine how he talks to his employees behind closed doors, if this is how he speaks to them in front of customers. So my review is this, I would leave five stars for the young boy upfront who is quick efficient and always nice. the older guy who is usually in the back, step it up.
