The good is that it's.... good. Refreshing and easy to drink. The not so great is...it's not bad. But it's a bit over-priced. Had decent sized cups but if you've ever been to the DMV and had South Block there's a big difference in size and in the taste. While Passion Roots is pretty flavorful, cups are smaller and it's not as fresh tasting as South Block which is the standard for me.

HIDDEN JEM! All organic and made to order. Staff is incredibly friendly & helpful. This is a locally owned business and their prices are super reasonable, compared to crop and 3 natives. I got the pink flamingo smoothie and island green juice. Both were so delicious and refreshing. I can't wait to go back and try an acai bowl! (Super cute outdoor waterfront seating as well)

Gorgeous little cafe that specializes in açaí bowls, smoothies, and matcha. What I loved most about Passion Roots is that they use organic ingredients in their items. Being a matcha lover, I ordered the strawberry matcha, a vegan drink made with oat milk. It was so smooth and delicious! Not only was my drink enjoyable but the employee who helped me was so sweet and inviting. I can't wait to go back and try an açaí bowl. read more

TikTok Find Turned Favorite Spot! I came across Passion Roots on TikTok and decided to check it out--and I'm so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the warmest welcome. The owner was incredibly personable and kind--we instantly clicked when we realized we're both New Yorkers who recently moved to Florida. It made the experience feel that much more special! The drink I ordered was perfectly balanced -not too sweet, just right and the bowl? Absolutely dreamy. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully put together. You can tell everything is made with care and intention. I'm already looking forward to coming back to explore more of the menu. These smoothies are delicious. I get the Peanut Butter Dream every time. My friends have all had the other flavors too (Midnight Pass, Pink Flamingo, and Tropical Paradise) all of them are delicious! Highly recommend. Tip them large too! Cute couple owns the place and we should take care of our local businesses, especially the ones that TRULY know what they're doing & how to create some amazing flavors. Next door at Coast to Coast is another great place too! read more

I've been to Passion Roots twice and absolutely plan to return. I will definitely be bringing my husband and out-of-town guests to this very cute establishment! Super friendly staff and the best açaí bowl I've ever had (and I've had a lot)...It's bit pricier than most but totally worth the extra couple of $$! read more

Awesome new spot for smoothies and açaí bowls! Fresh ingredients, made with care by local owners. My family is definitely addicted. My favorite is the classic bowl with peanut butter, but I've had several and they've all been good. Great interior space, too. It's a little off the beaten path, but we'll worth the trip. Super friendly owners and they treat their customers right! read more

Not the typical find in Sarasota and that's a good thing. My wife and I came across this shop and thought we'd give it a chance. We are sure happy we did. I had the Blueberry Treat smoothie and my wife had a dragon fruit bowl, both were excellent. We were impressed with the space as well as the prompt friendly service. I believe they just started and I am excited to see what all they do with the place but we will most definitely be back. read more

My husband and I have been meaning to stop here for days and we finally did this morning!! So so glad we did!!! What a delight this business is!!!! The young woman that waited on us was so sweet!
