We have eaten twice, and both times have been outstandingI have had the peanut paradise with chicken Rap. Both were delicious, but my favorite was the peanut paradise, Smoothie. I highly recommend it if you are a peanut lover. My wife has the Detox smoothie and the chicken bacon rap. According to her, both items were out standing. Service for delivery was easy and accurate. messed up my food multiple times. once gave me a half blended smoothie (inedible) once gave me a quesadilla where the chicken tasted like soap. multiple times haven't given me my sauce with my quesadilla. very understaffed the times i've went, and one time (soap chicken time) whoever was there was NOT happy to take my order. today i got handed my food sideways in the bag and when i opened it it was all over the place. and ontop of that no sauce and there was grease all over the outside of my chips and a piece of chicken in the bag outside of the actual container. so yeah. don't go here.... i like their food when it's done right but i'm getting tired of this read more

One of my favorite lunches I'm going to start right off confessing I don't think a smoothie is a meal. I know, I'm wrong, but that's how I feel. When today my wife suggested Tropical Smoothie Café, she quickly added they also have sandwiches, wraps, and bowls. I like sandwiches, so sure. It was my first visit and I checked out the large overhead menu. Ultimate Club? That was a name that caught my attention, and ultimately was my pick. It was a sandwich with 3 types of meat and other things on ciabatta bread. I can have a smoothie too? Sure, and they even give a discount for having a smoothie with a sandwich. Sweet. I went with a Strawberry Limeaid. Sweet. They have such crafty names for smoothies. Anyway, my sandwich plus a smoothie, that became one of my favorite lunches. The sandwich, although a little small for my big appetite, was delicious, and the smoothie a perfect drink...as a drink. I went in the store to grab my smoothie, and saw a female behind the counter with her headset off looking at a male crouched before her also behind the counter. I love the smoothies very much but the tipping at the window aggravates me. Some weekend workers make the amounts higher so it's harder to navigate to a lower tip. $2 something but still. I know this is happening a lot of place due to the economy but it always puts a bad taste in my mouth. The owners need to pay a living wage or increase prices. I love tropical smoothie and have always had great customer service there. After our entire household had a stomach flu for 2 days, we wanted something light. I drove to tropical smoothie at 8:32pm (they close at 9pm). I waited in their drive thru for nearly 10 mins, called their store to make sure they were still open and proceeded to drive to the front. I saw another customer in there so I parked to get out of my car. I went to open the door and it was locked. I took a picture of the hours and have a time stamp. I called the store thinking maybe they didn't mean to lock it? A girl with red hair came out, shook her head, and turned off all the lights... yikes. We have tried to be very patient with this location because we like to eat healthy, however we are fed up with the terrible service. They often get the order wrong and are unapologetic but what happened tonight was the last straw. We checked online for the closing time, which was 9 pm so we arrived at the drive through window at 8:50, the open sign was on and there was another car in the drive through, but when we went through the drive through, they said it was closed. We went around back to the front to see they had turned off the sign 10 minutes early and the workers were getting ready to leave, even though they clearly saw us. This location is amazing. The staff was very fast, efficient and professional. As soon as I walked in someone was available to take my order. After ordering I took a seat in the lobby. My name was called out and my food was brought right over to me. I had the buffalo chicken wrap with chips and a soda. Before I left I decided to grab a smoothie to go.
