NOTE: This is PASSPORT RUSH not RUSH PASSPORT. Apparently two different businesses, which I think are getting cross-reviewed (I made this mistake). I am leaving a review for my beyond perfect experience with Willis Y's Passport Rush. Passport Rush goes above and beyond - and then some!! I cannot say enough good things about this service. From my first meeting with Gianna to actually getting my passport back in plenty of time for a trip, these guys were AMAZING. Now, can you send in your passport application all by your lonesome self and hope to get it back in what the agency tells you are it's "approximate" times? Sure. But Willis and Gianna will track your application and let you know every step of the way...and when you get nervous, Willis will show you the secret sauce to getting an appointment at the passport agency (currently unobtainium online if you do not know the tricks of the trade). Think that's great service? Willis gets up at FIVE AM to help his clients get their documents. I don't even know what 5 am IS (except from the other end ;-) ) but Willis checked in with me multiple times and even offered to call to wake me up to get online in time. Overall these guys clearly really care about getting results; they are super nice and funny to boot; and you've got your best shot at expediting your passport needs. Over the years in different cities I have worked with multiple passport agencies. I'll give a huge shout out to Arista in LA who last renewed my passport ten years ago, but Passport Rush holds the crown. Thanks guys!! I'll send postcards! read more

Bait and Switch. On October 7th, I ordered the 'Passport Renewal - Expert Assistance' service for $49.99. Once I placed the order, all I got was an email from them with an invoice and receipt of what I had paid. The following week I decided to give them a call since I had not received any further communication from the company. Their reception picked up the phone and transferred me to someone's voicemail which I had left a message asking for status. No one called me back. I then called back again the next day and finally got someone on the phone who then explained to me that if I wanted to receive my passport by January of 2022 that I would have to pay them additional fees to expedite my passport renewal. This was not stated on their website. However, I did understand that I would have to pay gov't fees on top of the $49.99 I paid. Nonetheless, these additional fees would be on top of the gov't fees and the $49.99 that I had already paid to Passport Rush. This seemed like a bait and switch tactic so I told them that I wanted to cancel the whole thing and have them refund my money. The lady on the phone agreed to refund the $49.99 and that it would take 5-7 business. It is now November the 1st 2021 and I still have not received my refund. I have now filed a dispute with my bank to charge back this transaction. This is after I had made another attempt to call again for status of my refund and was put on hold indefinitely! Completely blown away by this service, I needed to renew my passport prior to a trip mid August. A few minutes after you pay you are contacted and given clear instructions on what to do. When I went in person drop off was a breeze even taking my new passport photo. My passport was ready a week earlier than expected. These guys are the real deal! They saved my trip! I had to get passports for my daughters since theirs were going to expire before the trip and I thought I was going to have time to get them calling the regular 877 number provided by the US Dept of State website. That number was impossible to reach!!! Then when I was finally able to they told me my flight wasn't 14 days away and to call then which I did to then be told they only had an appointment the SAME DAY I was traveling with the kids! I didn't know what to do! My mom mentioned these passport agencies that rush your passport and called one first that gave me outrageous prices to rush their passports. I found this one by doing a Google search and they had nothing but good reviews and better prices. I paid online, they called me, they got me an appointment at a nearest Post Office, they emailed me a list of all the docs they needed. I took the package with all the documents to their office next day. I met with Shanyah and she asked a few questions and prepared the package to be given to Post Office and Post Office sent sealed package back to Passport Rush with me and Shanyah told me to expect my passports 3/29 or 3/30. I got nervous for a day or two and emailed and called her. She was perhaps annoyed but never sounded like she was. She was patient and then on 3/29 I got a call in the am telling me to pick up my passports! I highly recommend them! They have decent prices and it is so worth it if you're in a situation like mine! read more

I'm an "efficiency expert" and manage clients to such a degree that they call me for verification of their personal information. It's my job to handle anything and everything - as a result I'm not 100% attentive to what I need for me or my husband. Like passports for an upcoming trip that was RAPIDLY approaching. Realizing I needed to delegate this to a higher power and pay whatever they asked for I contacted a company that offered to sort me out with expedited passports for $1500. Each. Found another company much cheaper - they were lovely on the phone - when I couldn't find the email confirmation of the Post Office appointment they'd made for me they sent me a screenshot of the confirmation via text - I confirmed the date and time of the appointment and on the day when my husband and I showed up we discovered that the appointment wasn't for me - it was for some other guy. In Maryland. This was a tremendous waste of precious time and with flights already booked and friends eager to see us in the UK I called Passport Rush. Janna explained everything to me very clearly - and followed up the conversation with an email that further outlined all that had been discussed. I didn't have a choice but to trust them as our situation was dire - Janna made it easy. The degree of handholding that was provided was exactly what I needed - I'd failed once in the process and my confidence was utterly shaken. The opportunities for failure were numerous - my husband's original birth certificate was ANCIENT and unlike anything I'd ever seen -I was orchestrating a name change for a new passport - Janna encouraged us to load up any and all documents - told us specifically what to bring to our appointment - provided us with instructions that ensured we wouldn't fail. She knew what time our appointment was and when to expect us at her office with our documents - when we were running late SHE CALLED US to make sure everything was okay. When we finally arrived and handed over our sealed documents I told her how impressed I was that she'd taken the extra step of contacting us - she said, "I'm extra." Passport Rush is extra. I was a pest. I called more than I should have to verify what had already been explained to me. I was utterly terrified that what we were sending wouldn't be sufficient and our applications would be rejected. Janna was patient, reassuring and never once let on that I was being a pain in the ass. Despite the failure of the other company that totally wasted our time Passport Rush ensured that we had passports in hand WELL before the day of our trip.
