They replied saying they would send me a confirmation and payment link, but they never did. I never signed a contract, never gave them my credit card, and never received any written confirmation of a booking. The next and only time I heard from them was on the morning of my wedding. They called out of the blue, claiming we had a confirmed booking.. even though we had never moved forward with their company. Under the stress of the day, my husband mistakenly paid them, believing it was our actual limousine provider. When I tried to explain this, the owner was aggressive, talked over me, and refused to listen. He shouted about having "proof" of a confirmation email but never provided it - because it doesn't exist. Instead of adding ease to our day, this company caused unnecessary stress and confusion at the worst possible time. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer respect is shocking. I have never been so disrespected and talked down to by a company in my life. I'm sure they will saying I "confirmed" it but I have email proof that they did not ever send me any contract or anything. They worked above and beyond to try to accommodate our dives before our travel plans, but Mother Nature prevailed and the lake surface froze (in the middle of November, go figure). These guys know their stuff, and they are incredibly passionate about sharing the underwater world with anyone interested. They also have lots of equipment ready for purchase, which is handy if you procrastinate like us; if it's not in stock, they easily make it available ASAP!
