Update: thank you for your reply but it's not that I just didn't like the flavor. As I stated in my review, there was grease on the bottom of the box, the edges were dry and crumbly, and the flavor tasted like wax. To me this is either an old mix or low quality ingredients. I have had your cookies before and liked them, but the last few times at this location were not good. I think from the lack of customers my opinion is shared. I hope things will get better.
