History

Established in 1999.

We joined Northwest Mortgage Group in 1999. During our many years with Northwest Mortgage Group we consistently ranked in the top 10 producers for the company. In late 2014 Northwest Mortgage Group joined forces with Guild Mortgage Company. In our years with Guild we have continued our success. Outside of the office our team is dedicated to helping in the community. This year we were honored with the South Columbia County Chamber of Commerce's Business of the Year award.

Meet the Manager: Pat O.

Pat entered the mortgage industry in 1998 and grew to love the aspects of problem-solving and helping people make the best financing decisions. Realtors and clients count on her experience and forthright, honest advice. When clients don't have the credit or funds to make a purchase, Pat helps them develop a plan for success. When they're ready, she helps them evaluate all the options and choose the right loan program.
