I had about 1000 sq ft of ceiling painted and part of it was repaired. Texture was matched and looked perfect. I can barely tell there was a hole in my ceiling. Only reason why I didn't rate a 5/5 was because of dealing with Phil. He called out the shoddy paint job that was on there before. He claimed that he had attention to detail and that's what mattered; to not worry about it and that they would do better. So come around the time the job was done, they forgot to put a stain blocker on a stain they were painting over and his excuse was that no one is perfect and that they did their best. Definitely not someone that should be working there and making such statements, especially when customers are seeking perfection if not close to it when it comes to painting and repairs. If it wasn't for Brant, I definitely would of gone crazy. He worked with me and was understanding to the whole situation. He even took time off his own weekend to check up on the job.
