Not only do I love the doctor, but every single person on staff is top notch. She helped me through a very difficult health crisis. She is very supportive of alternative health approaches, such as diet and exercise, and is very respectful of informed consent. Like I am a little kid. She is super cold, ZERO bed side manner. She didn't say hello or greet me just told me to sit up in my chair. So I asked I said when do I get to pick what I would like to have tested. You should have seen her face. It was like I was asking her a crazy question. She did not ask me anything about my life style so she can get a better idea on what might be causing my symptoms. How could you get a good test if we are not testing to things I commonly eat. She reluctantly added a few items I suggested but i had to give her a reason for each one I picked. All I can say is this is a year later and I still remember how RUDE she was. Who would have thought that vitamin deficiencies could cause such horrible problems. Seems common sense, I know, but I'm pretty smart and I would have never figured it out without the diligence of Dr. Gopan. He is very confident in his work, which makes me as a paitent feel great and has a nice bedside manner. I never wait long to get into my appointments and it has never taken any longer than 20 minutes to hear back from his assistant when I have questions.
