The receptionist for one of those unavailable doctors recommended Dr. Saleem Shahzad, MD. The best Reader's Digest review, friendly, knowledgeable professionals from start to finish: - Chris scheduled my appointment on the phone. She was every bit as nice and friendly when I arrived for my appointment. - Carolyn is the RMA who made me feel welcome and comfortable from the beginning of my exam. - Dr. Shahzad picked up right where Carolyn left off. He confirmed that I needed treatment for an upper respiratory infection and arranged for a prescription at my pharmacy close to home. What I don't understand is why Dr. Shahzad's score on the United Healthcare site is only 3 stars? This was the best experience I've ever had at a medical facility. I recommend Dr. Shahzad and his frontline support staff without reserve. Dr. Shahzad graduated in the top quarter of his Class of 1988 from the prestigious Jinnah Sindh Medical University.
