When you check in you can use the traditional method filling out forms or you can scan a QR code and get on the waitlist after electronically filling out the forms. There is plenty of parking so that shouldn't be an issue once you arrive. Both times I have gone it has been pretty empty only me and one other person in the waiting area. I also did not have to wait long until I was brought in to start the process to see the doctor. The quality of care is great. They listen to your concerns and make sure they are very thorough with all the notes prior to you seeing a physician. The staff are very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. If you need anything or have any questions someone is there to assist you! I make this my go to Urgent Care as it close to my house and I know there are not long wait times! If you live in the area and happen to need to go Urgent Care give this Baptist location a chance! I have been happy with my experience both times I have been.

I got a text when they were ready for me to come in. They called me into the room just before my appt time and all of my lab orders were already input in the system. My tech and the supervisor were very nice and I could tell they cared because they were nice, patient, and helpful with everyone who came in. I have tricky veins and they were able to get all the blood they needed with 1 stick - no bruise or bleeding afterwards. The whole process took 15 mins.
