I don't quite understand the 1-star rating for this business, I was almost put off by it but…read moredecided to try anyway. As soon as I walked in the environment was calm and clean, the receptionist was friendly and checked me in quickly. The chiropractic office is large and offers several types of technology to help with adjustments and other services. The doctor was kind and informative, and I left feeling upright and really good. I will be back this week for another adjustment and hopefully another round in the amazing massage chair. If you're local give this place a try, they also accept several types of insurance.

But beyond all of that, he genuinely cares about how you're feeling and comes into his appointments ready to focus on you and what you need. He also makes sure to ask at the end of every meeting if you have any questions, which I find really helpful. He's helping me towards recovering from some injuries that have caused me years of suffering, after previously meeting with countless doctors that could only scratch the surface at offering me any real relief. I have been feeling pretty bad lately. Exhausted. Dr. Bolick listened when my regular doctor didn't and ordered an extensive round of blood tests. 2 weeks later, we discovered that I have an Chronic condition. He sent me to a specialist and I am on my way to recovery. This would NEVER have been discovered if it had not been for Dr. Bolick. I told my regular Doctor everything that I told Dr. Bolick. The difference is care. Dr. Bolick cares about his patients and wants them to feel and get better. The many many MANY other doctors that I went to with this same problem only cared about money. The staff is, as always the best. Too many times you go see a health care professional and the staff, is awful. Not at Bolick. The staff is caring and... well they are just awesome. I am soon moving to the other side of town, but will continue to see Dr. Bolick. I don't care that it will take 30 to 40 minutes to get there. I was scheduled for my appointment at the surgery center on June 11th. The Office orders the prep medicine and it is delivered to the house a few days before needed. Dr. Shamoun's staff were available for phone calls and very helpful. The surgery center was new and clean. My nurses Grace, Barbi, Shanell, and Desinee were all very kind and caring. Dr. Shamoun was great. My follow up appointment with Dr. Shamoun will be back at his office in the Gastroenterology of Greater Orlando. Cathy gets to the root of the issue because she's able to look at the body as a whole. I've had about 15 different professionals (orthos, chiros, PTs, massage therapists) do work on me the past year, trying to figure out what's "wrong" with me. None of these other professionals were able to fully figure it out, and I was only getting bits and pieces of understanding and temporary relief. Cathy assessed me and determined most of my problem was coming from my HIPS, which nobody else really looked at. So I was able to finally get answers and PEACE OF MIND, which is paramount when you're dealing with chronic pain. Her adjustment style is very interesting and unique, and more importantly GETS RESULTS. When you've had improper movement patterns for 10-20+ years, a deep tissue massage isn't going to cut it. I felt immediate pain relief and increased mobility after each session. And the homework was extensive and detailed, so I can continue my journey at home. And on top of the effective therapy, you can tell she cares. Cares about you as a patient, but also her craft. She's a mad scientist (in a good way), and takes what she does very seriously. We also overheard inappropriate gossiping from the therapist and the receptionist at the front desk seemed to have an attitude and constantly rolled her eyes. As a result, my mother immediately requested a different provider through her attorney. This office should be closed immediately.
