Charles came over, we told him what we needed, and he immediately picked out a tux jacket, pants, and dress shirt. My son stepped in to a fitting room to try everything on. The shirt and jacket fit perfectly and the pants needed a little bit of alteration. He also brought over a beautiful bowtie to match my son's date's dress. All dressed up, my son looked SO FINE. Charles really knows what he is doing! I couldn't believe he took one look at my boy, assessed him, and picked out the clothes in the right size at first glance! We opted to purchase the tux, shirt, tie, and belt. There is plenty of fabric to account for additional growth of my boy. Alterations were completed swiftly (much faster than I expected), and we could not be happier. We were also very impressed with the pricing. Everything was reasonable and high quality. This experience is one for the books. We received such excellent customer service and Good Luck had a huge selection. I was afraid I'd be overwhelmed when I walked in, but Charles took over and professionally guided us to the right decisions. Other stores could really learn from Good Luck because that is how customer service should be everywhere. Kudos to Good Luck. They will continue to get my business for future menswear needs.

I used to be a frequent shopper here when I had to wear suits daily and traveled to the burg often. They still carry the top quality brands such as Barbour, Burberry, Duck Head and others, even the salesman is a legend having worked at the shop since the 1980's. I was looking for some trousers and recalled they carried Bill's Kakis. I tried on a pair that was from the same manufacturer. A 36/34 was a perfect fit on the waist, but needed the length taken in. They still offer free in-house tailoring services. The no pressure sales makes purchases easy. The gentlemen working the shop no the business inside and out. Due to the fact everything they carry is quality materials with exceptional services they are pricey. In my opinion worth the price point. It's literally impossible to find these shops. They will mail your alterations for a fee, or you need to do in store pick up. Turn around is typically within the same week. However, if a rush is needed let them know. Mike sized me up and was immediately on the phone to order my suit from his supplier, with expedited shipping at no extra charge. The price was a bit more than I'd pay at Men's Warehouse, but not a whole lot more, and the garments are of noticeably higher quality, and each suit comes with lifetime free alterations. He called me the minute it came in, and I went down to try it on. It fit great, and looked great, but I immediately noticed it was a charcoal grey, rather than the lighter grey I wanted, and which I heard Mike order on the phone. In short, I knew it was the supplier's mistake, not the Shop's. But Mike didn't pass the buck, didn't explain it away. He took accountability for his supplier's mistake, and had the charcoal suit altered for me to use in my interview, and ordered the correct grey one for me when I get back. I was expecting to give back the charcoal one, but when I returned to try on the altered suit, he insisted I keep both for the trouble. I was blown away. Mike's words were "I do business the right way, the way it used to be done". Indeed. I can't recommend this place highly enough.
