When my children arrive at the office, they are happy to come in and see their speech pathologists. My son even gives his pathologist a hug every time he sees her. That speaks loads to their interpersonal skills and ability to make each visit fun and educational at the same time. My children look forward to going to their visits. The office as a whole has been incredibly parent friendly as well in working with our schedules, as needed. My job's health coverage and carriers changed three different times while we were attending the office visits, and Brenda, the office manager and billing specialist, was very resourceful and helpful in working with my various insurance requirements and helping us apply for approval with each new insurance company. We could not be happier with our experiences with this office and everyone there. I can see real improvement in both my children's communication skills. My only regret is that we didn't meet this office sooner! I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

X-rays were taken in the office and Dr Marlowe showed me the X-rays while thoroughly explaining my fracture. I found him very knowledgeable and down to earth. Dr Marlowe recommended a consultation with his partner, Dr Walkovich, to discuss the option of surgery. Dr Marlowe and his staff made me feel like a priority in scheduling me very promptly with Dr Walkovich. I saw Dr Walkovich at his Sylvania Avenue office. My X-rays had been forwarded from the Perrysburg office and Dr Walkovich had reviewed them prior to speaking with me. He outlined the pros and cons of surgery vs not having surgery and I opted for surgery. I found Dr Walkovich very knowledgeable, professional, caring and trustworthy. Surgery was scheduled for the next possible opening a few days later. My surgery went well and I have since had two postoperative visits with Dr Walkovich. I believe he sincerely cares about my recovery and takes the time necessary to answer any questions or concerns I have. Every member of his office staff has also been very attentive, professional and caring. Now at four weeks post surgery, I couldn't be happier with my recovery and with Dr Walkovich as well as everyone in his office. I highly recommend this practice!

My mother has had nothing but trouble with this place. The audiologist said 'can't someone help you with that?' Well, that wasn't a good question as my mother said she guessed so, however It has been nothing but trouble for her. Her hearing is worse than with her old hearing aids. We went back several times explaining how these are not working for her and she would be willing to pay more to get new ones. Never given any options. My siblings and I feel they have not been helpful and always quick to say she's stuck with them. Additionally, it is not handicapped accessible as the front doors are very heavy and she could never open them on her own. We would not recommend.

When it became difficult for me to accurately hear the blood pressures, I went to Joyce for a hearing aid. The hearing aids changed my life. I no longer had to strain to hear. Plus Joyce gave me access to a stethoscope that could be worn with the hearing aids in place. My husband was the most grateful as he no longer has to speak so loudly. SLW
