Asked to set up another time for Monday, since the business I was looking to have my couch picked up from was closed on Sundays, but I got a confirmation email saying my driver was assigned....for Sunday. Tried calling back again to get it changed, again no answer, and just received a text from them saying it got moved to the 30th. I definitely would have preferred a call - poor communication is thamy biggest thing so far. I'll update this if rectified by awesome service on Monday! Update: wow. Had to move down to one star. Had a guy scheduled to pick up my couch at 3 pm, it's an hour later and I called the business it was to be picked up at and no one has showed yet. No answer from hired hitch, and no call back.

On the morning of the move, Nate and Marquis showed up before 8:30, and after an initial walk through to see what they would be loading, got right to work. Both Nate and Marquis were respectful and professional in their interactions, as well as the handling of my belongings. They were also very efficient. They started at my apartment at 8:30 a.m. and were done unloading everything at my new house, about 3 miles away, at 10 a.m. 90 minutes to accomplish what would have taken me and my rag tag team of friends several hours and lots of sweat and swearing to do. They left stuff at my old house and were called back to pick items up. I still had to move things myself the next day I went back to clean. Items were damaged, not wrapped in padded blankets, secured properly in the back of the truck, boxes fell on other things in the truck, you name it. They complained about things being heavy, moved furniture and broke it, instead of using two people to lift it. I could go on and on. Needless to say. I will be looking to another moving company for my next move. It's pretty bad when the owner calls you to ask if you can help load things on the truck or if you can take extra things in your vehicle.
