After two days and hundreds of dollars, I was left with a barely built and bent gazebo. This included whole pieces not put back on and a giant hole in the mosquito netting. Not only did they not complete the job, they ruined the gazebo. I received no reimbursement of any kind. And on top of everything, they were extremely late showing up both days and communication was terrible. We were only moving 20 minutes down the road so it was scheduled for a one day job that lasted until 10 PM. Because there were only two guys on the job they were completely exhausted when unloading so many things were broken. When I finally got a hold of Steve at Allies Van Line he was not apologetic and offered no partial refund. It was cold and raining that day which made it even more difficult for the two men doing what should have been a four-man job in hind site. One positive I will say is that they provided a lot of boxes for us to pack since we were not hiring them for packing. The overall cost was the lowest estimate we got. When it comes to moving I've learned it's worth paying a little more for quality service and customer care.
