When Ros K. arrived he was very professional and did a great job! He took his time to check out the car and got it started long enough to get it on the flat bed and in my driveway. I had a very disappointing experience with Pathway Towing after being referred through AAA, and I feel it needs to be shared. When I scheduled my tow through AAA, I was given a one hour window from 9 to 10 a.m. I had an important meeting at 10, so I called Pathway directly around 8 a.m. to see if it was possible for them to arrive closer to the 9 a.m. start time. The man who answered refused to give his name. He attempted to look up my order but said he could not find it. I asked if that might be because AAA typically sends orders closer to the pickup time, and he confirmed they usually receive them about 45 minutes prior. What followed was completely unacceptable. He was extremely loud, talking over me, and shouting throughout the call. I calmly asked if I could have a moment to ask a question, and he repeatedly shouted "NO" several times, said he could not help me, refused to let me speak, and then hung up on me. There was no reason for that level of aggression. I was simply trying to understand my options and coordinate timing. Instead, I was met with hostility and complete disregard for basic customer service. As a paying customer, I expect professionalism and respectful communication. That standard was not met here. I choose to do business with companies that value customer experience and treat people with respect. Based on this interaction alone, I would not recommend this towing company. read more

Pathway towing left me stranded. They cancelled my tow for no reason without letting me know. I called them a couple of times to check what was taking so long, they'd answer and just put me on hold. The wait was supposed to be 45 minutes. I waited over two hours. I called AAA back and they immediately sent another tow company. If AAA is sending Pathway for your tow, I recommend you ask them to send another company, for safety reasons and customer service. Don't get stranded like I did. read more

On March 24th at 8:58am I called AAA for roadside assistance assiatance with a tow for my motorcycle. They dispatched Pathway Towing and sent a messsage out to me that they would be arriving about 9:56am. Pathway Towing arrived a tad bit early. The Technician backed into my driveway (Gated Parking) to pick up my motorcycle. Because my motorcycle was not working, I walked my motorcycle to the back of the tow truck, with my kickstand down and asked the driver did he have it from there. He told me yes, but he would just need for me to raise the tow truck up and move the bed forward and showed me the 2 blue levers to use. As he went to move my bike that was still on the kickstand, he immediately MATRIX and dropped my bike. I had to run and help him get my bike up because he couldn't do it himself. He never apologized to me, he did not report it and he never took pictures. Instead he told me that he had a GXR 600 and he couldn't stand his bike. I told him, what does that have to do with you dropping my bike? He laughed it off and there was nothing funny. I notified AAA and my mechanic via text. I was not supposed to follow him to my mechanic shop but after dropping my motorcycle I did NOT trust him. When I arrived I asked my mechanic did he see my text. When he read it he ran to my bike and he didn't let the driver get my bike off of the truck. The driver just left. I took pictures with my mechanic, as he was the one who had just redone my whole bike. I didn't have a scratch on it. AAA sent out a text to see if I was satisfied and I immediately asked for an agent and told them he dropped my bike. The company contacted me days later and the person was very rude. His name is Samrad. When I explained to him what happened, he acted as if he could not understand me and asked again what was I alalleging happened. I told him I just told you. He then asked me did I have proof and I told him yes. He said can you send it over to me. I asked for his email address and phone number and told him that the acting agent on my case would call him because I no longer wanted to deal with him. They have acted as if they can not get a hold of the driver for a statement. It is now April 13th and my bike is collecting fees because of the non-response from them. They have yet to contact my insurance company back. I am left to have to fight this battle on my own because no one will take accountabilty for their actions. I have all of my evidence, text, pictures and time stamps of everything. AAA has on file who it was. I will see you all in court. Not to mention that the driver looked like a smoker and should not have been anyones tow truck driver. I will revise this review once the issue is resolved. read more

Late yelp..Last week I got to work at the weeee hours of the morning, rushing of course and as the door closed, I realized my keys were still in the ignition! Ekkkk!! Ran inside and called AAA. They dispatched a tech out within 30 mins. He texted me when he arrived, waiting outside. Nice guy with a huge smile as I approached, he said he was familiar with the location because apparently alot of us have issues.. He immediately went to work, and since I left my window slightly ajar, he was able to stick a little tool, jiggle the handle and walla, truck was unlocked, less than 5 minutes. I will not give a good review to a company that refuses to take fault on an accident that I recently had. The people that answer the phones are rude I called to.report the accident and they rejected my call. I had to go to the police as this is the only way I can get help. My car was damaged by Eddie on 04/15/25 and he released my car that was still lifted by the tow truck, while I was still looking at my damaged passenger door and was between my car and my fence with about a foot in between car and fence!!!... so suddenly' it scared the daylights outta me. Don't trust them, and will never allow them to tow any other car for me. The owner sounds middle eastern and is belligerent and disrespectful, to say the least. Watch it with those people!
