Went in for a quick checkup, I was feeling terrible so I wanted to find out what was wrong. Check-In was quick and they already had me in a room before I could even wait. They take great care of me, the staff were quick, great with what needed to get figured out, and they were really nice. I went to patient first today and was seen by PA Clark. He was very nice and very thorough. The entire staff were wonderful. They listened to my chief complaint and took care of everything for me. I came in with the flu and was able to get into the appointment within 10-15 minutes. The receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all very caring, and the doctor was able to prescribe me medication that eased my symptoms dramatically. The in-house pharmacy was a game changer. Overall had a great experience here and got relief fast from my illness. read more

Sign states your hours. Google maps, and your Facebook page state your open. But your not open. What good is an urgent care center if your not open, then you call the number and it says not seeing anybody til after the new year. WORST medical facility I have EVER been to. WARNING: If you are sick, DON'T go here. When we checked in it was 11:30 a.m. and the doctor did not get to us until 2:41. We had our 80 year old mom with us to see the doctor. We asked nurses 5 times when he would come see our mom. First nurse said 30 minutes more after we had already waited 2 hours. Then after that time past, another nurse said only 2 more patients in front of us. 1 hour after that nurse said 3 more patients in front of us. This game went on for 4 hours and 10 minutes. I was using Patient First for primary care for a few years. I'm usually healthy except for the yearly sinus infection. It ends up being bronchitis without antibiotics. I was sick in November and decided to do a virtual visit. I received antibiotics and was told to follow up in 5 days if the medication didn't respond. I went in to Patient First on day 6. Fever, cough, sinuses and chest congestion. I saw Dr Oakley. She totally disregarded my past history!! I always end up with bronchitis and have been on antibiotics in the past that does not work!! She insisted it was viral (after weeks of being sick) and said I "was probably sick less then 10 days". She didn't want to change my antibiotics and then insisted on one that has never worked before!! I told her to check my chart to look in the past and just give me the normal medication I usually take. . She was rude and arrogant and mad I went back and forth with her. Well guess what!! The antibiotic didn't work!! After several phone calls, I was told to come back in and there was no guarantee she would give me what I needed!! I was so upset and defeated, something you should never feel when you are sick and seeking help!! I ended up going to a different dr and got my medicine and was better within a week. She ruined the holidays and I would have ended up in the hospital if I didn't go somewhere else!! I never got the radiologist report from my chest X-ray and I was charged a normal visit instead of a recheck. Avoid this place if you really need help!!! This is my first and last time at this walk-in. The wait in the waiting room was really fast and I was taken back in about 5 minutes. After that, I don't know what happened. I sat in the room waiting for someone to even come in and look at my son for well over an hour. The employees were very rude and uncaring. When checking blood pressure she told him to sit down and be quiet so she can take his blood pressure. Other patients at the office were visibly upset. One person came out and asked if they forgot about him and a nurse on a computer turned, looked at him, and turned back to her computer and completely ignored him. I will never come here again. They really need to fix this location, because this is totally unacceptable for a healthcare facility the only reason that they got 3 stars is because the doctor was kind and polite (although, clearly overworked) UPDATE: Back to 1 star. I received a bill from them after already paying my portion via debit card. The rest was up to insurance, but according to Patient first, my insurance did not pay it. That doesn't sound right, so I call my insurance company and they tell me they DID pay it!! I let patient first know and they told me I am just trying to get out of a bill. Really??? I refused to double pay, and they put me into collections and told me they would not see me or anyone in my house in there office again because I wouldn't double pay my bill. I immediately called them back and the girl finally told me I didn't owe it and she would see what she could do and call me back. Never heard back and I am still getting collections letters. I will NEVER go here ever again even if it's life or death. read more

Waited 3 hours because I had an irritated eye and it was a weekend (regular doctors offices and eye doctors are closed). I was leaving for a trip in two days so I was worried about leaving because I'm a contact wearer and problems with your eyes can mean infections etc. After waiting an eternity (which fine whatever what place like this doesn't have you wait for ages) I was seen for .2 seconds. She looked at it said "has that blurry spot always been there?". I was confused, said no, expecting her to follow up but she just wrote a prescription for pink eye and left. No recommendation to see an eye doctor or anything. If I had just taken those drops and done nothing else I might have lost my eye. Thank god I saw an eye doctor and got it looked at because it was an ulcer. I know plenty of friends and family of mine that wouldn't get a second opinion and if I hadn't it would've been awful. $50 for absolute bullshit. Also every time you call they are so damn rude! Like I get you talk to stupid people frequently but it costs NOTHING to be nice, like damn. I can imagine they get a lot of idiots because literally the only use for them is to get a prescription. Bottom of the barrel healthcare. If it's not worth a trip to the ER save your money and wait to go to your primary because this place is the worst. Rather go to the DMV. read more

Literally horrible, the doctor spent less than 2 minutes with me and diagnosed me without even looking at the rash I had come in with. He then prescribed me medication which made my skin worse. I then got a bill a $154 after my insurance... just don't go here. read more

This facility is by far the slowest I've been to. There will be no one in the waiting room. And you will waiting on your appointment to have. Ppd shot read. It will take over an hour. Went in completely empty. Was in and out quickly even politely but could tell the staff didn't want to be there, cool, still nice. The woman who checked my son in was great. She offered coloring pages for my little ones and stickers, anything helps. Dr came in firstly talked to me like an idiot because I didn't know that an ear infection my son had previously was inner or outer. Which I don't know same scenario, told by his Dr go see urgent care and the Dr there can help immediately. Anyways left with a prescription not thinking like hey its after 6pm on a Sunday the day before labor day. Well no pharmacies are open so I remembered a sign about how they fill scripts at the patient first. Went back which between leaving and coming back was like 5 minutes maybe 10 and that's pushing it. Was told by a women that they can't fill it because I already left, what kind of shit is this? So I told her that all the pharmacies are closed and I have no other option. She went to talk to someone else about it. This lady comes out and tells me the same thing, so naturally I said I didn't need another person to come out and tell me the same shit. She informed me that she was the director of medicine and the reason the Dr didn't offer the prescription probably was because it would've been to expensive for me. My sons insurance covers his visits and prescriptions 100% this place must over charge out the ass and didn't want to eat the extra cost they try ripping people off with. So this place was more concerned about them not getting that money over my sons health. What a great place! read more

Extremely slow with getting people in for covid testing. I understand that it takes time but I waited 3 hours before even being consulted and there was no one who told me that the wait would be that long. If you have a three hour wait, let people know. There were also numerous times where some of the workers would converse with one another instead of actually calling people back. Why are you talking so much when you have people waiting for three hours? I get it if you have questions or something but this was every five minutes. I was also back in the office waiting for the doctor and heard one of the workers say she was happy they closed the registration at 5 (they close at 8 and there is a three hour wait so 5 is the latest people can register) and said "now we just have to get these people out of here". It just kinda rubbed me the wrong way. Like who are you to have an attitude when I have been waiting in a room for 3+ hours total. read more

Absolutely atrocious experience at this patient first. Waited over 45 minutes to be seen by a doctor in the exam room. Was unable to give a prescription of clindamycin. Refused any type of pain management with an abscessed tooth. Staff was rude, abrasive, and uncaring. Overheard my intake nurse tell the rest of the staff, "I'm completely over this day! Can't wait to get out of here ". I will never return to this patient first ever again. read more

NEVER AGAIN Had used this place previously for a pre-op physical, which was just fine, nice older doctor, took care of everything. Billed the insurance, paid my bill. I went today to get another pre-op physical (so I can get my other cataract removed) The female bleach blonde Dr. wouldn't do it...said I should go to my primary care doctor! I don't have one - that's why I was going to them. The real kicker is that I over heard the receptionist say yes, they would do a routine physical - the cost was one hundred eighteen dollars. Needless to say I walked out and will never go back. On the whole the people there are just going through the motions. If you are sick enough - go to the ER, otherwise find yourself a good Primary and stick with him/her. I finally googled pre-op physical and will go to the Airport Road emergency center; the receptionist there said sorry I was having a hard time. Sadly, the concept is great - the execution is lame. I hate giving crappy reviews on Yelp, I think people try to do a good job in general, but this instance really deserves the flame-out. read more

I went to this facility because I have been here before and I liked the doctor. Dr Jaques is caring and thorough. He is the positive to my experience here. Today, I was treated so rudely by the medical assistant, Lynn,that I may never return to this place again. I had asked not to be weighed today and she became so rude to me after that. She said that I would not get any medications without being weighed. I know some medications require that, but not an antibiotic. When she went to take my BP, she tried twice and could not get a reading. She immediately went to take my BP for a third time. She should have waited at least 1-3 minutes for this. She said she was going to try the large cuff. I have very small arms, so this was not the correct course of action. I took the cuff off my arm and told her that I just had my BP taken last week. It was perfectly fine. She said I must have it taken today. Her tone and attitude was completely unprofessional. She was so unmannerly that I complained to the doctor. I asked if I could speak to the manager. He was very kind and apologized for her. I asked if she could apologize. She came in and said "I'm sorry if I offended you, but I was just doing my job." She said this with attitude. That is not apology. I told her that she can not even understand how she treats patients even when you directly tell her. I am a dental hygienist and if I treated my patients like that I would be fired. She needs to remember that we are customers and deserve respect. read more
