The most recent Recruiter I spoke with in Ashburn, VA. was a constant giggler! Sooooooo... Annoying. I was helped with employment and in my contract it was six months to hire from temp to permanent with the company I would be employed with. When informing Maham and Quadrant of this they both informed it was nothing they could do and to wait it but my contract said different. I don't think they valued my time or communicated properly with my management. They would have me communicate things they should have communicated to my manager. After one year and four weeks I was made permanent with my employer without the help of Quadrant. Quadrant once again did not communicate with me at all or the best with me. There were multiple issues more than once I had to handle without the help of Quadrant. If you are looking for employment as soon as possible I would recommend but I unfortunately would not work with Quadrant again I would probably find employment myself like I have previously or go through another temp agency.

My 30 min consultation with Katherine was really helpful! I learned formatting tips and ways to beef up my resume by adding a header, summary, and core competencies and creating sectional dividers. She recommended outcome-based bullet points that highlight the benefits and quantify the results rather than a laundry list of tasks. Katherine was friendly and thorough and even had enough time to quickly proofread my hubby's resume. It was really nice to get an extra set of eyes! While the $299 starter package seems a bit pricey, it's a good deal considering that you are equipped with the A team of an interviewer, drafter, and editor. They will rewrite your resume and can fine tune and belt out those bullet points. While my resume could use a few tweaks, the starter package is a great option if you're looking for a resume overhaul without doing all the guess work. I often can say without much hesitation what I want but few people care to peek around the edges to find out what I require. For I am that cheapskate sports car owner; I have the $5 million dollar car but only wants to put regular in the tank. NRI is able to find that I need and want mix them together and BANG - ethanol. They obviously don't care about helping to find you work. They seem to be more interested in inserting themselves into your personal lives and offering you unsolicited advice about than they are in finding you work. *PS I'd probably ignore all of these 5-star reviews, they're most likely written by one of their RUDE employees *side-eye*
