When I called to confront the office about the false positive they put me on the phone with their "professional". After going back and forth with this guy for about 5 minutes this moron actually had the gall to tell me that I had failed myself and I was never allowed back to their lab again. My response: Why the hell would I want to come back to your office when you're handing out false positives and then telling your clients that they are failures and that we failed ourselves?! I STRONGLY recommend asking your employer what lab they are sending you to for your pre-employment drug screening and ask for a different location if this is the place they intend to send you to. If you have no choice but this location you will pretty much be dealing with a bunch of dirt bags that will take pleasure in degrading you as a human being when you call to contest their fraudulent testing at this specific location. As for me.... I'm strongly considering a lawsuit against these people. Funny thing is....the employer that was sending me to these people told me they have many people that come back with a positive drug test from this company. As for this drug testing company... I'm going to find every website with a review option for you guys and make SURE that people see my experience with you guys.

So I booked an APPOINTMENT (which it clearly states on their website) for 6pm. Got there just to be told it's not actually an appointment and I'd have to wait behind the 7 others that got there 30 minutes ago - and the wait was still going to be around 2 hours with 1 provider there. What a wreck. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere.
