Fantastic primary care doctor. I switched primary care docs and couldn't be more pleased. Nice office with plenty of street parking, They are very thorough and well informed. Good work flow of having the medical assistant see you first and go through a long list of symptoms etc. and then the doctor really getting immediately to the meat of things. Great communication. Also nice bit bonus that they do blood tests on site so you don't have to wait weeks for appointments with Quest and can arrive first thing when they open for fasting tests. They also are fairly easy to make an appointment and very easy with transferring over prescriptions from my last doc to the new office and filing referrals to specialists. I was refused care during my appointment. I was told my health concerns were an over reaction and that I seemed like I was in good health. My request for referrals were denied. I do not recommend this business. I have never experienced this level of complacency and lack of interest/care in a patient. This did not feel like a clinic it felt like a scheme. I saw Jasmine Petrosyan. I will say the nurse that helped me at first was nice, but once I got to Jasmine it was terrible. Please find a different provider. UPDATE: Jasmine's reply does not apply to my visit as she did not even attempt to see if my insurance would cover the referral, and I spoke with my insurance following the visit. It would have indeed been covered. Stop gaslighting patients. And I did NOT receive exceptional service. lol. It was the worst provider experience I have had (perhaps I have been lucky in the past?). I had my first appointment here last week and was very impressed by the beautiful facility as well as the wonderful staff. Every person I interacted with was extremely polite and helpful. I really appreciated that I was seen right away, and didn't have to waste any time in an overcrowded waiting room. I normally don't use Yelp, but I made an account for the sole purpose of leaving this review in case people don't check Google Reviews or other health related sites. If you were like me looking to switch your PCP to a new one and happened to come across Dr Jasmine Petrosyan, I strongly urge you to turn around and look the other way. I looked for reviews of her from another clinic she ran, and came across one that said she was quote "Racist against anyone that wasnt armenian" I figured since I was Armenian, it would be fine. Boy, was I wrong. The visits with Jasmine always felt rushed, she would tell me to basically stop talking when I was going over my health issues since it was just the 1st time visit. Not only was she rude during our meeting, she completely ignored my requests when she blatantly put in incorrect information on my authorizations that I told her was not symptomatic of the problems I had. I had to schedule another appointment just to be seen again to correct it. During that 2nd appointment, she came in 20 minutes late and I was forced to wait while other patients with time slots after me were waiting to see her. She literally only spent 10 minutes with me and basically told me to leave when my concerns weren't properly addressed. Fast forward the next week, when I tried to arrange an appointment for PT, the clinic told me they could not see me because the request code for OT was marked as PT (the reason for my 2nd visit), so basically they still couldn't correct the issue. I even sent them an email the day of my 2nd visit. There is a lady that is the assistant for Jasmine, her name is Shakeh, she is one of the most disrespectful and condescending employees I've ever ran into. I tried calling her to let her know that my issue was not yet resolved, and she had the audacity to tell me that i'm not a doctor and that she's quote "sick of me". Never was I talked to like this before by someone working in a professional job environment. It was as if she was talking to me like I was her own son. Because of this patronizing and Jasmine's overall negative experience and complacency , I was tempted to create this Google Review to urge people of the matter. But I decided not to, as overall 1 of the staff employees named Melanie was very kind. However, although I did not take any action, they decided to discharge me with a written letter. It is because of that reason that I am writing this review as I would hate to see someone else end up in my situation and be forced to find a new doctor while having health issues pending.
