I actually never came before and I am sure I will be back , it is a very professional place, different from the other massage places I have been before. Massages are available only on Tuesdays, facials and other services are available every day. I got a facial with Alex and OMG I could see the results immediately after! I did the Bright and tight which was part of my gift card, it was very relaxing, she asked me if I wanted to do extractions too which I agreed too but was my face was not even red afterwards - I literally met a friend at the grocery store right after and she told me "you look radiant" - so amazing! Went to have filler for my lips done and the dr ended up using a whole syringe full. Within a week I called to see if I could get further enhancement as it didn't meet my expectations, so I went back and she used another full syringe and I ended up paying $1200.00! Then about 6 weeks later, you could not even tell that I had anything done! When I called back to tell them how disappointed I was with their service, they did not care, they said my body metabolized the filler more quickly than others and I would have to pay full price for another injection! This establishment doesn't care about their clients satisfaction at all, they only care about the money, I would never recommend or go back for any of their services! read more

They first gave a quote for one price at the salon, then changed the quote to a much higher price over the phone when I called to make an appointment, but when I questioned the higher price by showing the quote via text message, they said they will honor it for the quoted price; however, the quote was for face & neck combined, as explained by the other receptionist who gave me a quote in person. She also gave me a few other quotes for different procedures while at the salon, so I wrote above every form for which areas the procedures were for in order to remember for my future appointment. The salon did not honor their own written quote, saying that it only covers the face. Whether the girl who gave me the quote made a mistake or not claiming it is for both face & neck...that is on them, but it seemed a bit too much hassle to deal with the clinic, especially when I was surprised to learn that they wanted $1,200 for the procedure, which they quoted me $850 at the salon :)) big difference indeed and don't seem that they are honest in price and their practice if they give very different prices, then don't honor their quote. Lots of other clinics around to chose from who are set in their prices. read more

Skin Matrix is fantastic. I have been coming here monthly since they opened several years ago. I see Geinny for facials. She mixes it up based on my skin's needs and does a thorough job with extractions etc and is very gentle. An added bonus is that she is also a massage therapist so will incorporate some massage into her facial appointments. She is an absolutely delightful person and my skin is nothing but clear, comfortable and glowing with her care. Dr. Blanka is very knowledgable has years of experience with injectibles. I see her for dysport and filler twice a year. She takes an honest approach so is never heavy handed, you can absolutely trust her !! She also welcomes you to come back if you want more. I also have done the Co2 Laser with Dr. Blanka, which was awesome! Skin Matrix is a very relaxed environment, they carry the best products but you won't get a hard sell...
