The neighbors tree fell into our fence and yard. We live on Carmichael Creek and he left wood that would fall into the creek when we get a hard rain. He also left a large piece of cut tree that will cause a dam effect that could flood my property. He boasts he charges $2500 a day and will even do your dishes. Mark was extremely helpful during a time when it was difficult to find available tree services after the major new year's eve storm with many trees down all over town. Our giant oak fell into power lines, phone cables and was hanging over our neighbor's yard. My elderly mother needed help in arranging multiple estimates so I did a lot of work on the phone. Mark was responsive and explained the safety concerns. He also helped me navigate SMUD's tree safety policy and successfully get them to come out and remove some of the hazardous situations before a private trimmer could safely complete the job. Once that was done, unfortunately his schedule was booked with a job and then a vacation period for family travel but his referral to another excellent company got the tree addressed quickly once the SMUD work was completed. After almost two months my Mom and the neighbor were sleeping sound again. The SMUD work also saved us thousands of dollars. We would not hesitate to call Mark for future tree work. read more

Mark and his crew came out today to remove a palm tree and a pecan tree in addition to pruning several large oleanders and a myriad of dead shrubs. Such excellent work and such a team! I own a 1930's two story house in Curtis Park with trees that were planted about the same time. The trees needed to be really trimmed away from the house and sidewalk and street. Mark the owner came and listened to what I wanted done. Mark made some suggestions as well and I agreed. The estimate for the work that was going to be done was fair. Mark and his crew Antonio, Sam and Jose arrived on time. They trimmed the trees from around the house, sidewalk and street. In the backyard they trimmed trees and removed a lot of dead wood as well as holly. Mark and his crew returned a second day because I also needed my Cedar Tree to be cabled in two places. Mark Patitucci and his crew removed a huge tree (5 foot diameter trunk) that was 15 feet away from our house. In addition to house concerns, they had to work around brick pillars and a wrought iron fence that encase our front yard. Their work was careful yet efficient, no damage. We first used Mark and crew at our home in Fair Oaks, where we had 4 Sequoias that had grown up to an overwheming size around our pool, and were starting to uplift the concrete. These trees had been installed by the builder's ( CAMRAY) landscapers. (Not a good choice for pool landscaping, btw). They we're hired for a full day, during which they cut down 4 HUGE Sequoia trees and one full grown Maple, ground the stumps, pruned a Magnolia out front, and thinned out all of the Oleander on the property. An amazing amount of work, in only one day! They were thorough, neat, courteous. We aso used them to cut and thin the trees on another property in East Sacramento (City of Trees). Again, great job. Mark educates his customers about various trees, how they grow, how to maintain them safely, where to use them, and why some trees get pruned and cut differently than others.. I am planning to hire them again this week to cut down a tree on property in Midtown, Sacramento.
