If you are seeking comfort after the loss of a pet, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
My family recently lost our senior dog, who meant the world to us. My mom is very spiritual and hoped to find some peace by speaking with Patricia, who describes herself as an animal communicator/psychic medium. Going into the call, we were hopeful.
Unfortunately, within the first few minutes it became clear the session was not what we expected. For most of the call, the focus was not on our dog but instead on unrelated topics. Very little of what was said felt connected to our dog, and none of it resonated with our family.
When details were given, they felt generic or incorrect. For example, she mentioned his favorite color being red after seeing a photo of him wearing a red collar. She said he loved tennis and had been around horses, which he never was. In fact it seems Patricia is the horse lover as its plastered all over her facebook. At times statements - it felt like assumptions rather than specific insight.
She also only acknowledged me after my mom mentioned she had a daughter, and said nothing about my brother, who also loved our dog deeply. To me this showed she had no real gift. My dog would undoubtably acknowledge everyone.
What stood out most was the lack of compassion. During an already painful moment, the phrasing and tone felt dismissive rather than comforting. Some of the language used felt unprofessional and inappropriate for a grief setting -- for example, referring to my father as my mother's "hubby," and saying our dog wanted us to know that "we didn't kill him and to stop thinking we did," even though no one in our family felt that way. We are simply struggling with his absence. Those kinds of statements caught us off guard and added confusion rather than comfort during a very sensitive time for us.
Toward the end of the session, she told us our dog wanted us to know he was now "with Gregory." None of us know anyone named Gregory, and when we explained that, the response was simply, "I'll let you sit with that," instead of offering clarification.
I created this review because there is no other place to share an experience -- her website doesn't allow reviews and Facebook comments are disabled. Based on our experience, we did not receive the connection, care, or comfort we were hoping for, and I would not recommend this service to others who are grieving.
It's also worth mentioning the cost. We paid $90 for a 15-minute session, and unfortunately the time was spent on vague, unrelated statements rather than anything that felt connected to our dog. For such a high price during a moment of grief, the experience felt disappointing and not worth what was charged based on the fact everything she had said to us - was clearly all bullshit she had made up on the spot.
I hope no one has the misfortune of meeting her - especially under these circumstances.
EDIT - it seems as though she deletes negative reviews as well. checks out as im having to repost this.
With care,
