I deeply regret choosing this place for treatments. During my consultation, I was assured RF would…read moreeffectively address my concerns, but after spending $960 on six ineffective sessions, my request to switch to microneedling was denied. I ended up spending an additional $224 on microneedling, bringing my total to over $1,300 in two months, with no results. I was later offered a modeling agreement, under the promise of 2 complimentary facial treatments, including a facial the same day. Trusting this, I signed the agreement and had the facial, only to be charged $79 afterward. To my shock, the owner jumped in to claim the consent was only for two extra RF treatments--treatments that had already proven ineffective during my sessions. On my last visit the owner admitted my condition is difficult to treat and RF results aren't guaranteed--information that should've been disclosed upfront. Adding to the frustration, the owner consistently responds with a generic apology to dissatisfied customers, showing no accountability for their practices. While Keiko and the receptionist were kind and professional, the owner's dismissive and inconsistent handling left me feeling misled and taken advantage of.
