The guy that did my toe nails was amazing this review is not about him it's about the lady and service I received on my nails. Her service was awful the lady that did my nails was too busy on her phone with her air pods to even speak to me, seemed annoyed at any questions I asked about nail art and designs, and once nails were done I noticed they were not completely painted meaning the edges were still bare, one of the colors didn't match my inspo photo and she tried to gaslight me that It was the color I wanted was like an olive and what I was given was like a very light gold - so she asked me to pick out another color to fix that nail (it was one nail thankfully) but she was already taking her next client that she rushed me! I tried to see past it all and still tipped 20% (which I regret)!!! Because my nails started lifting within a week! I spent $120 on my nails alone and they last me less than half a month before I had them removed because they were coming off. I will never come back and I do not recommend their service to my worst enemy.

I had 90 min therapeutic massage and only received 45 mins the first day and I call to schedule another appointment and the owner tells me that Megan had waited for 45 mins before I got my first session and that they don't owe me anything. I WAS NEVER 45 mins LATE. Before I was able to speak the owner just hangs up on me. What place waits for their customer for 45 mins without cancelling the appointment to begin with? Also, what place deduct the wait time from the service that people paid for? I went up to the place and told them that I was originally 7 minutes late (I clearly remember), and Megan lies to my face that I was 25 mins late. (So at first I'm 45 mins late and now it's 25 lolll) And they started yelling at me and told me to leave. They would not listen to me and just told me to leave. They even called the COPS on me because I wouldn't leave without my money back. They didn't give a damn about what I had to say. What kind of business gives their word (even with a signature on my receipt) and changes their mind and don't even tell me about it? I understand now that she was not supposed to offer me a split sessions but that's their problem, not mine. As a paying customer it was the worst experience I've had as a customer in general including ALL industry. They are also VERY RACIST. When the owner was calling the cops on me, she described my race as HISPANIC to have them come quicker. I am the furthest person from being or looking or sounding like Hispanic in any way possible. My first experience with Megan though, the massage wasn't that great at all, but I tipped her $10 because she seemed nice. However, I was just really shocked how rude and insane she was. I've worked in a service industry for years myself. This was way over the limit. The owner lady gave me the money back at the end and a hug. The lady seemed like a sweet lady, but it's absolutely terrible business practice letting the new girl (Megan) ruling the place as she pleases and treating the customers like this. If you still want to try this place, I'm not stopping you, but good luck with that.

The spa was clean and relaxing, smelled delicious, and felt like an oasis for pampering. My skin is still tingling, even five hours after the treatment! She also waxed my eyebrows and upper lip quickly and efficiently. It was nice to be treated so well and feel so good afterwards! Thanks, Myrna, for your care and caress.
