My price was $300 to re do it. The salt that you have out in the foothills is no joke and eats up everything. There's a new product that came out that should last longer but it's very expensive. Just go to United janitorial purchase it and I'll be more than happy to apply it for you. Sorry for the inconvenience. Have a great day! My response: Nope, can't be the salt in the foothills water because I mopped the floor only once with Reverse Osmosis water and nothing else. There was a bit of rain water that could have got on the floor near the door but I doubt it has any salt in it. When I asked you how long the wax would last you told me a couple years then you might have to come out and touch it up. I am glad that Sandra is so happy with your work, I am just pointing out what happened with mine. And I never received any calls to return to redo the floor, and I still have the same number and live in the same house. Keep treating customers like this and you won't be so busy anymore.

Hannah, the receptionist, was also efficient and very courteous. They re-plumbed everything for the washing machine, and also took care of a problem with the shower and two hoses at the water heater. Much has been said about the high prices of Area Plumbing. For the type of work that was done, the amount of time it took, and the materials, I did not regard the price as too high. However, they looked at some other plumbing in my home, told me the price to make repairs, and it seemed high. The other work is not urgent, and I will do some price comparisons before making a decision. They charge a $98.00 evaluation fee, which is non-refundable and which will not be included into your total amount. This is a separate charge. Area Plumbing gained my trust, and so I lean toward using them again.
