Also informed the customer the item was sale and could NOT be returned no signs were posted or was that mentioned at the of purchase. After a very unprofessional display by the owner the item was returned, however after this exchange it certainly ruined a wonderday day and weekend . Lastly the kicker was the owner gave a coffee cup to another person in the store and thanked them for any inconvenience. My friend had to leave and walk out being completed stocked and hurt. Which then to complete the transaction I was requested to sign the refund slip and leave. Even better, the clothes at Christine's can be purchased from one designer if desired and can be the basis for a high quality, stylish wardrobe. The first review on Yelp is not the normal experience at Christine's. I go there frequently and have a had superb customer service to the point of having Christine make special orders for me when a size isn't in stock. We stumbled across this cute little store while wandering the rural roads of Door County…read more Basically, my friend drove around and stopped at all the stores she hasn't had the heart to drag her husband to yet. The Settlement Shops were one such stop. I was on the lookout for a little souvenir to take home, and I can always use more earrings. Bianca has a great selection of funky, cute glass earrings and pendants along with a variety of clothes, accessories and gifts. The woman behind the counter thought the four of us (who vary considerably in height, hair color and body type) might be sisters, which amused us. She was friendly without being overbearing. And she had a nice variety of items that were priced well, perfect for a little something without feeling like you're blowing your budget. So when I found some adorable glass earrings it was only a matter of asking my girlfriends which ones. After consulting them I now have a cute pair of earrings and a great memory of our weekend road trip.
