To say I am livid at this moment is an understatement! I ordered a friend flowers last Thursday for a Saturday delivery. It was imperative that my friend receive these flowers before today. The flowers never arrived, and no notification was given to me as of why. I call the florist on Sunday, and speak to Simon (Zimon?) who says they have no inventory, but PROMISED it would be delivered today. I just got a phone call telling me they have no flowers and won't be able to deliver! What in the actual hell is this place? This is my fault, I should have checked YELP first. I never would have used this company if I had read these reviews!! Buyer definitely beware!! Now I have to go call my credit card because I do NOT TRUST them to give me my money back! It sounds like everyone else had the same experience as my sweet mother trying to send flowers to my aunt. Would not recommend very unreliable. 1) Order placed on Thursday 4/27 for delivery on Saturday 4/29 for birthday 2) Order was not fulfilled and a different charge was made on the credit card (from $59.99 to $39.99 + $15 delivery) 3) A call was made on 5/1 from me in the morning (9am) to inquire of the delivery and we were told this arrangement would be delivered today 4) We were not notified until Monday 5:30pm 5/1 that there was a "supply chain" issue and this would not be delivered (phone call and email). read more

So they had supply chain issues but no one ever contacted me for me to get something from somewhere else I was so embarrassed. They claim to be local but they are not and they rarely speak English. My sister ordered a $73 bouquet of daisies and mums for her friend Her friend received something completely different and with much fewer flowers. When she complained they sent her a copy of a bunch of legalese including the amount of time she has to sue them!!! According to Nevada law!!! Local my a**!!! They gave her $15 refund. They quoted the fine print reserving the right to switch flowers based on availability. What florist doesn't have mums!!!! Do not shop here!!!!! read more

Hoping to save at least 1 person the disappointment of ordering with this company. My sister's bouquet arrived with more than 80% fillers. The item was not as shown on their website and the substitution was not of equal value as their terms and condition state. I sent them a picture of the mess they delivered and was told I would receive a partial refund 3-5 business days. That was 4/18/23, today is 5/8/23 and no refund. I disputed the amount they said they would refund and my bank refunded me. I just hate that they are getting away with this! I hope more people see the reviews and don't waste their hard earned money. Especially with mother's day this weekend. read more

BAIT & SWITCH I had a long conversation with salesperson on the phone and was put on hold so that she could check the inventory. She informed me that purple was in stock. I asked her to be sure to send one with some closed buds. I was assured and I ordered the purple orchids. White orchids with no closed buds were delivered. I called and said that I expect a full reimbursement or another delivery with said ordered plant and you may remove the wrong plant. Please advice immediately. Wish I read the other reviews first. Red Flag- you can't find Google reviews, why? They are NOT a good company, that's why. Be very careful ordering from this company. They post pictures of arrangements but deliver something completely different and use the "substitution " clause as an excuse. That means they can deliver whatever they feel like! Does not have to resemble what you actual ordered at all. Best advise is use someone else! read more

Not good is not low enough. I ordered a birthday arrangement to be delivered. It was not. I was not contacted. When I reached out to them a few moments ago they 'said' they had sent me 1) an email to explain it hadn't been sent; 2) they had tried to call me and 3) an email to show my refund. Patricia's Petals were a week late delivering sympathy flowers to my client who had experienced a death in the office. They were finally delivered a week late. Then the next day, the retook possession of the flowers because they said the order was cancelled. I didn't cancel the order, they did. I was charged for the full flowers and they said I will get a full refund. Who repossesses sympathy flowers that were fully paid for??!!?!! No we look terrible to our client. Patricia's Petals failed miserably at fixing the situation and decided not to deliver the flowers after all. Terrible business. read more

Patricia Petals Brooksville , Florida 3/2/23-3/3/23 Stay away from this shop!. On Thursday, I placed an order for a flower arrangement for a Saturday funeral for a close friend. I started off with an order for a "River Cane Cross" T244-2A arrangement. I was told they could deliver it the funeral home but not the church due to the Saturday delivery schedule and the church was not open on Friday as an alternate date. They said the funeral home would deliver the flowers to the church, which was call #1. Call #2 was the lack of the flowers display stand and red flowers so they would provide a funeral bouquet. Call #3 was lack of flowers so they substituted the flowers to white and orange flowers and they would throw in more flowers. Call #4 they call to change the product to another funeral bouquet since they were missing items. Friday, I received Call # cancelling my order due to no flowers available. What a shame since I talked to 5 customer support people and now it is too late to order any flowers. A second and third florist were contacted the same story no stand or flowers. read more
