So then when I ask again for my prescription it is expired and they can't give it to me. You're allowed to have your expired glasses prescription but not your expired contacts prescription. They also said they don't have my email in the system. But yet I have tons of emails asking about how was the service and when my next eye exam will be. I definitely will not return.

They don't try to push a "special eye health exam" which of course is not covered by insurance but instead tell you about your health as part of the service. The doctors and staff were friendly and helpful. I would not recommend anyone go here unless you have the time to be your own accounting office and lawyer. If you don't, prepare to be charged hundreds of dollars with no explanation.

The doctor gave me an intramuscular shot of steroids instead of directly into my foot. He said there were "really no systemic effects", which is false. I'm guessing they don't do local steroid injections very often, so I would avoid this practice if that's what you need.
