Once I got into a room, a nurse came quickly and took information. This is where I expected to wait another half hour or longer but a PA came after a few minutes. He was very kind and thorough with his questions and information he shared. He patiently answered all my questions and called in a Rx for me. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the counter staff made minimal effort to be helpful...or pleasant. In any event, I recommend due to the PA on staff at this location. Hours are M-F 8a-7p; Saturday 8-1 and Sunday from 11-5.

Well in advance, I was able to get all the documentation needed online, which is a nice touch. They opened on time and took us within 5 minutes of our appointment time. The staff were all very friendly and communicated well and took care of us thoroughly and gently. The rooms and equipment were all clean and well kept. Overall, I feel like we've picked the right dentist, which is great.

After two months there, it's obvious that she wasn't exaggerating. All of the nurses were sweet and helpful and our experience there was positive despite the severity of her condition. Several nurses went above and beyond what you would expect and I am very grateful.

Response times on call bells was not good, especially since I could see the nurses' station from my room, and too often they would be just hanging around it, laughing and eating. I came back late one night, asked a question TWICE of the three nurses standing at a station, and was just straight-up ignored until they finished a personal conversation. My visitors saw the same thing, both when arriving and when leaving. A doorbell on the outside of the building never worked, so you could not get back in the building after visiting hours were over unless you called inside the facility. The nurses and nurses station were in plain view, you were just ignored while knocking on the door, waving your arms. Twenty-year-old patient handbooks were replaced after they were brought to the management's attention. Couldn't get a doctor or a social worker to return a call without a lot of hassle and excuses for both. Couldn't get a copy of an admission diagnosis or any paperwork regarding discharge from the hospital because the person in charge of it seemed to never be available. There were a few standout CNAs, but the rest of the staff was plainly just putting in time. And why did it seem to take at least 45 minutes to give each patient their meds? The nurse stood outside the door working on a computer, and pulling meds, but why did it take so long? Too many times, a request was made to someone who would "let your nurse know" and that request was never answered. Lots of effort was put into honoring the staff during a certain week - if only that much effort went into training on how to be compassionate and empathetic.
