I always thought that all State Farm offices were pretty much the same, but boy was I wrong about that! After having numerous issues with another local State Farm office due to mistakes made by their staff that negatively affected my coverage (they even once mistakenly canceled my homeowners policy), I decided to move my policies over to the Patrick Fitzgerald State Farm office. Best decision ever! I've been so impressed with the exceptional customer service that I've received from the staff at the Patrick Fitzgerald State Farm office. Since transferring my policies there a couple of years ago, I've worked with Amanda and Candice a handful of times to make changes and add new policies. On each occasion, they've been extremely responsive, friendly, efficient, and most importantly -- competent. Changes are always processed quickly and correctly. Putting the customer first is something a lot of businesses pretend to offer. Patrick's team does that and more. I have never been treated like a first class customer with any other company. When I need help with my policies or information on new policies, Amanda always provides efficient knowledge and care, solely based on my personal needs. This is a team that you would pay the extra buck to work with because you know your best interest is always their main concern. Even when I have last minute questions, if my main contact is out of the office her coworkers take the time to make sure you're taken care in a timely manner. Sorry, but I have to go against the reviews here. #1 on the list of customer service is to be available for the customer. I have called 3 times on 3 separate days at 3 separate times during business hours to talk to them as a new customer and they have not been available. That is not a great sign for when I actually need something urgent. I'll go with someone who picks up the phone. read more
