What's most concerning is not just the outcome, but the process: * The not-at-fault accident appears to have been weighed equally * There was no meaningful opportunity for appeal or discussion * I was told the decision is final, despite over two decades of continuous business I understand that insurers must manage risk. However, it's disappointing to see long-term customer relationships seemingly carry no weight in these decisions. I've filed a formal complaint with the Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner to better understand how this decision aligns with regulatory standards.
