Our Complaint is concerning you double billing our insurance company. When one of our insurances had already paid my husband's bill-in-full, than your billing secretary billed our secondary insurance which caused us to have to pay a large balance that was not necessary. Let me be clear, I Never recommended anyone to your Dentist office. However, my husband and I was recommended to visit your Dentist office. We are appalled that you would take advantage of 2 seniors that are on a fixed income. We will be taking that matter up with our insurance company.

Hygenist was really good and explained so many ways to care for myself as far as daily tips on brushing and flossing. The office staff is efficient and friendly. I felt like they cared about me. I have been to many dentists and this is the only one I want to go back to. They did not try to sell me anything that wasn't needed. Their pricing is also quite reasonable compared to others. Found myself a dentist office for life.
