I was never going to post a review, especially on a dentist's office that l haven't frequented since December 2016. But l just came back from having a new crown refitted on a lower l.h. molar that was crowned by Dental Impressions less than 5 years ago. The cost is $1300.00, the most current expense in a series of issues originally caused by dental work done in the Dental Impressions office. I think l am a reasonable client/patient. (I had my first dentist for 30 plus years.) But, with Dentist Impressions, l have only felt sadness and frustration with the treatment given to me and with this most current expense, l finally had to say something. I give this office two stars only because my deceased husband Robert was satisfied with his care and Dr Michelle VanDyke worked with his kidney transplant centers to provide medical data they needed. read more

Just had two cavities filled and this was the best experience I remember having at a dentist's office. Absolutely no pain, was quick and friendly. The hygienist also something on my mouth to rest my jaw on while they worked. I left there completely amazed at how great it went. Three hours later and the numbness was gone. read more

It's hard to love going to a dentist, but you have to go, so I can say I love going to Dental Impressions when there's a problem with my teeth or it's time for a cleaning. They're always trying to "do better" and wanting to know how to improve on their customer service as well. The office is clean, the staff is so friendly; they're tops when it comes to reminders!!! I recommend this Dentist and her staff to anyone. read more

If i could give you 10 stars i would. Dr Michelle and her awesome dental family are the best things to come into my two girl's lives. Before coming to dental impressions they were so scared of anyone coming close to there mouth due to a bad experience with a different dental office. Now they enjoy going. Unfortunately neither myself or my husband had a pleasant experience while we were patients . I was billed wrong by the staff and had to have it corrected which was a nightmare, Dr. Vandyke did work on the wrong tooth for my husband (AND BILLED US). Also, the front staff was nice and friendly but had a tone of judgement and it did not feel welcoming. The final straw was that as a current patient I was unable to get an appointment for 8 weeks. There is a sign saying accepting new patients but it seems as if she can't serve the ones she currently has. read more

We have stopped going there. I felt like the dentist didn't spend enough time with her patients to get to know them. I felt like going there was all about the money. We don't need perks to go to the dentist. When my crown came off, it was hard to get in to have it replaced. If they find a cavity, they want you to come back later instead of fixing it right away. My wife and I stopped being patients when they wouldn't do an exam because I refused x-rays. I am dealing with vocal cord cancer and do not want xrays at this time. read more

My first trip in a quite awhile, and was partly for a repair. The staff is highly organized appreciated, and everyone was very friendly. I only had one problem and was partly my fault. I had gas mask on and didn't think to take glasses off. Dr's assistant pressed so firmly on the side of my face that I got a cut behind my ear and my glasses frames were very bent. The side that got the cut and bent frame also broke the tip of the glasses, exposing metal tip which gave me the cut. So I will be going for new glasses soon. All dental work went extremely well. Really liked The Dentist and how she worked. Whole office is very friendly! read more

OK, I guess as long as you have an "In-Network" dental plan, but beware if you have an out of network plan. They will charge you whatever they want, and not even budge on their pricing. Even upon emailing them offering to meet them half way, no response. They were really responsive when setting up the appointment to make money though. read more

I had a crown installed here after getting a root canal someplace else. The assistant did not read the installation instructions and ruined the crown. The dr came in, saw the damage and told me how good it looked and rushed me out. I got home and looked at it and saw a large silver spot in the middle. When I went back, she accused me of grinding my teeth and wanted me to get a tougher material crown. Not willing to pay nor fight I simply left. The damaged crown shattered today eating corn chips. The good news is it finally fits. Just wishing it was not so sharp. read more

Normally I have great things to say about the practice and the staff but yesterday my appointment fell short of my appraisal. I had to wait 25 minutes to be seen and then an additional 20 for the Dr. I realize the practice is closed during lunch hours of 1-2. My appointment was set for Noon. I only get an hour for lunch so you'll have to forgive my disappointment when I spent and hour and a half at the practice and 45 minutes of it was waiting for the Hygienist and the Dr because my appointment ran past 1pm. read more

Not impressed with Dental Impressions. Seems like they are just money hungry! My wife had visited them 4 times between October and December. Two of the four visits they took x-rays and the other two they just looked at her mouth. Getting them to do work for a lack of better terms is like pulling teeth. They screwed up our insurance and charged us incorrectly. I finally took her to a real dentist, whom had never met her or took her x-rays and he immediately did the necessary work! They offer "Special" perks to new customers like a fancy water bottle or movie tickets. Not necessary!! Just be a dentist and do your job like you are supposed to chances are your reviews will sky rocket. The potential is there just not being utilized. If zero stars were an option that would be my rating! read more
