When I bought my first house with my husband back in 2011, we switched to a multi-policy for Home and (3 vehicle) Auto Insurance. When we became out-of-state landlords in 2013, she helped us through the tiny changes required when switching to a dwelling-only policy. And for the one car accident we were involved with years ago, she also counseled us through this hellish process too! Then we kept getting notices threatening to cancel the insurance because "we hadn't paid"...this is because they kept forgetting to actually charge us! Very annoying. Finally we resolved it, then started getting notices threatening to cancel the renters insurance for the same reason. We gave them all our payment information, but whoever actually sets up payments failed again and again. This agency is more trouble than it's worth.
