I was helped locating the plants for the 757 deals. I opted for the 4 inch fern for $7.57. I of course need to give her a home. She went perfectly in the white pot with what I call air bubbles on it. It was perfect! Pricing was great, and reasonable! Not only was there plants, there was candles, pots, spray bottles, pins, stickers and so much more. The ambience of the store is also very appealing. It's very well-lit, open, and welcoming, with a small seating area to the side. The staff are so nice and friendly. They are also very knowledgeable about each plant and give specific instructions on how to water and how much sunlight the plant should or should not receive. All of the plants in the store are thriving and look very healthy. I am a gifter of plants and I do too frequent here as an option for future gifts. Before my neighbor introduced to me The Neighborhood Harvest I was getting my greens and veggies from the local Food Lion or Krogers. It was difficult to find organic produce that wasn't already ready to go bad. The greens and veggies I get every week are SO FRESH and DELICIOUS! I typically get kale, cucumbers and a bag of the Green Machine blend which is perfect for my daily green smoothies! There hasn't been a time yet that the greens haven't been perfect, never wilted or smelly! We recently tried the fresh apple cider, it was SO GOOD! We just got a notice that they are having fresh cookies as well so we are definitely going to place an order for those as well! I especially love that I am assigned to my own Neighborhood Harvest representative who checks in with me periodically to make sure I am a happy customer. I get text messages of any particular deals they are having, last week they were having a deal on pears. I don't mind having to place my ice packs out in my cooler the night before and so far I've never had a problem with my deliveries. I definitely recommend investing your money in their fresh greens which is great for your health.

I looked up the reviews on Yelp. They received horrible reviews. I visited Home Depot exactly 25 hours after the initial order and tried to cancel citing bad reviews and the padding I had chosen was not correct. I wanted to buy the carpet only. I was told I could not purchase the carpet, the store has to have installation with the carpet to purchase. I have my own installer, but that did not matter. The gentleman, Tony, said the carpet was in route, after only 25 hours and I would have to pay a restocking fee. I disputed this and asked to speak with a manager. I was told the manager was on vacation, but the assistant manager was available. Tony disappeared for 10 minutes to speak with someone. He came back and within 5 minutes disappeared again. When he returned I was told the manager had worked on the issue but I still had to pay the restocking fee. Tony escourted me to customer service where I was given the original fee minus 230.00. I will never visit Home Depot again and will tell all my friends of the incident. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I feel as if Home Depot is only after money to the detriment of the customer.
