Cannot trust what they say , if you can even reach them and that is hard to do as well. Do not believe they know what a phone is or what it is used for. Now we need to change gas companies or get changed to electrical due to not being able get them to do the right thing. I think they prefer to climb a tree to make a false promise than stand on the ground and tell the truth. Beware and careful of false promises from this company owned by Suburban Propane in the same area. Plus almost doubled the gas cost based on the drivers word. Just to find out he was wrong. Such a shame!

Coastal lost me when they took way too long for a delivery. The explanation I got was, "It's…read moresummertime and lots of drivers are on vacation." Really? I finally got fuel (after 3 phone calls) right before I ran out. Needless to say I then decided that would be my last transaction with Coastal. I inquired about getting credit for the propane I paid for (they said I would), switched companies and asked them to pick up their tank. It took a month for them to get the tank sitting in my yard ("Because it takes 2 people") and after yet another month I inquired about my refund. Guess what? "Oh, we don't do that." Long story short, after not getting promised calls from the manager I went to the office and the manager explained to me that the fee to evacuate my tank and the pick up fee just happened to be the same as the credit owed to me for the propane and the tank rental that I had paid for. Nice, huh? Not to mention the time I ordered and paid for X amount of propane and a week after delivery they sent me a bill for the extra propane the driver accidentally gave me. Like I would know, I wasn't even home when the delivery was made. This company appears to me, to be very dishonest and opportunistic.

We had to have an electrician/plumber come out and do some things. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Someone-somewhere cancelled the order. My husband didn't, and I didn't. If I ever find out who-they better look out. I will be buying a new stove and refrigerator beginning in the new year. I will not be going to Home Depot. There are other places such as Ace, Lowe's' and swift appliances. If you see me there, ask me why.
