The lady with pink hair did eventually come out and speak to me, and I appreciated that, but the other staff members made the environment feel cold and unfriendly. It's disappointing to feel like the welcoming atmosphere may depend on who is working, or who is walking through the door. I hope this was just a bad day, but it left a bad impression.
