I don't know from personal experience how their fees compare with other pest control businesses in the area but I'm always very satisfied with my experience with them and trust they are going to help me address problems and not try to sell me on something I don't need. They repeatedly "guaranteed" their work, but offered no meaningful actions to back that up. We were told again and again that the situation was "under control," yet nothing ever improved. Communication was poor, and there was no clear plan or accountability between visits. Each technician seemed unaware of what the last had done. One of the most frustrating issues was how they handled the traps. Despite our repeated requests, the traps were rarely cleaned or reset properly. Rotting bait was often left untouched on the traps for days or even dumped into our garden beds -- creating an even bigger mess and drawing in more animals. It felt like no one was taking basic precautions or showing professional care. To top it off, on day one they caught a groundhog -- and then lost it due to a faulty trap. After that failure, they offered us a kill trap as a solution, but we no longer trusted them with humane or lethal methods. If they couldn't handle live trapping responsibly, there was no way we felt safe letting them escalate to kill traps. Honestly, I could have done a better job myself -- and ultimately had to. I rarely write negative reviews, but I hope this helps someone else avoid the same wasted time, stress, and money.
