Instead of simply scheduling the service, the manager, Frank Latour began questioning me about where I live and how the invoice would be addressed. When I asked for the invoice to be sent to the property/unit where the extinguisher is located, he accused me of committing "fraud" because I supposedly didn't live there. This was completely inappropriate and unrelated to the service request. I own the property and simply wanted the invoice tied to the unit where the extinguisher is installed, which is standard practice for rental properties and multi-unit buildings. The conversation quickly became argumentative and unprofessional. At no point did I mention insurance or ask them to submit anything to insurance. I was simply trying to schedule routine maintenance. Very disappointing customer service and an unnecessary confrontation over something that should have been a straightforward service call.
