He emailed me a proposal for $1500 to fix and replace the motor in the a/c and other parts. I called Anthony from All American Cooling and they came over instantly. The time it took to replace it was 35 minutes. The charge that I paid for this service was $275., an exorbitant amount by any standard. The average charge in Florida for a licensed electrician is between $100 and $150. per hour. I will not be using SunCoast Electric again.
