One of the piers punctured a main line that leads to our outside sewage clean out and has caused us to have to spend another $10,000 in order to have the line rerouted and avoid further backups. It is extremely disappointing when it was their fault it happened and they refused to even meet us half way on the expense to fix this issue. We followed all the correct processes beforehand with having all utilities and lines marked and yet they somehow managed to puncture this line. Extremely unhappy.

He let me know of a void under the slab at one place that he was able to fill. And he did a great job of drilling in the grout between tiles so the tiles in the entry didn't chip. Brandon came along behind him and leveled off where the mixture came up through the holes, and dusted away concrete residue. The only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 is because they were late due to a meeting at headquarters that ran overtime, and when they hit my mailbox on the way out they didn't come back to tell me. But their work is 5-star.

This is a franchise whose goal is to get your money. After getting engineers' reports and 6 other quotes, I found a reputable company and the work was done at less than half the quote of Groundworks. Save your money and use a local company, and ALWAYS get an engineer's report first.

Their crew never removed the deck ledger boards (leaving the entire back of the house tied together in one piece.) and instead of lifting the desired section, it shifted 2/3 of back of the house back n forth. Causing more damage than fixing. I have multiple 1/4" to 1/2" gaps around outside doors that weren't there before they lifted the house. I'm currently tearing the deck apart since the ledger boards and an anchors are all messed up from the pressure. When they left they just bandaided everything to hide the damage they did. They will come out and give excuses and claim to have a warranty, but you will get no protection once they come & mess up your house. Be careful using this company!

A text was forwarded to me from their realtor showing the appointment was a "SALES" appointment. Because it was scheduled as such, we had a licensed structural engineer do a full inspection and write a report that stated there was nothing wrong with the foundation, which was provided to the buyers. Then Ram Jack comes out and recommends $4,600 in piers. We called the company and verified their "inspectors" are not engineers at all. Because they convinced an elderly couple that the house needed piers when it doesn't, the home purchases fell through for three families because we are NOT paying for piers on a house that doesn't need them!!! Funny that their TRR stated repairs MUST be done by Ram Jack. I have more thoughts on this that I'll keep to myself. This house is 8 years old with no cracks or shifting whatsoever.
