He determined that only the west side of the house was dipping. We signed a transferable, with life-time warranty contract. Soon after their crew came and installed 4 piers on the NW corner of the house, and 4 piers in the SW corner under the foundation. Wwe had noticed brick separation on the outside of the bay window. They never honored their "Lifetime Warranty" and I doubt they'll honor "Transferable," because everything they say are only empty words. Buyer beware!! read more

Other companies came out told me I needed work done $$$$ I was skeptical and got a second opinion and Im glad I did now I can focus my money in areas that are required to maintain a strong foundation. read more

Had them come out as we had doors jamming and cracks in the drywall. Fearing the worst, they reassured us that 4 piers would fix the settling issue. It's a tough process to watch happen,yet fascinating at the same time. The crew was quick, professional, well trained and had a great attitude. The slab adjustment process caused some minor cracking of various mortar joints but their repair was so well done, I can't even find them. Most highly recommended ! read more

ed into on September 24, 2021. The Ram Jack/American Leveling's crew installed four (4) piers under the foundation on the north-west corner of the house. They installed another four (4) piers under the foundation on the south-west corner of the house. Leaving a gap in the middle. That middle continues to sag, or dip by about one (1") inch. Soon after the initial installation, in September 2021, I called the office to speak with the salesman, Bobby Waldron, to let him know that several of the doors were not closing. Out of seven (7) doors on the west side of the house where RamJack/American leveling focused their repair efforts, six (6) of them don't shut. Mr. Waldron came to the house to look at the doors and casually said, "that is not a foundation issue, and left. I relied on their statements that indicated they have 30+ years experience, and in that time they should have come across all kinds of foundation issues. I called another foundation company to come assess my foundation issues, without telling them that another company had already installed piers. The other foundation company made very accurate measurements and determined the doors were not shutting because not only the foundation wall in the center of the west side was lower by one (1") inch, but there was not support for the west hallway floor. Basically floating. I wrote several registered letters to Mr. Doug Dennison, CEO, COO, CFO, of the company. He and his crew came to walk around the house a couple of more times. Mr. Dennison's solution for the doors that don't shut was for us to "sand them down." And his solution for the wall that sags/dips was for us to hire a structural engineer. Mr. Dennison nor his company backed their claim for a "lifetime warranty," or offered to install additional piers, without any additional cost to me. They claimed they had fixed my foundation issues and I had paid them for that. Im left with a bad foundation and no recourse! Mr. Dennison has completely ignored my last letter, sent via USPS "restricted delivery," to be signed only by him. No credibility for their experience, or rating, or claims that they offer a "Lifetime" or "Transferable" Warranty! They don't accept having done only a half job with my foundation, and they don't offer to fix what they didn't fix in the first place! And on top of that I ended up in the ER because of all the stress I have been put under dealing with them for three years+ and getting nowhere! read more

Had 13 piers in 2011 that leveled house; 2024 called have floor sinking down from base board from wall in two bedrooms; plus wall cracks in one . Just wanted to let everyone know about America leveling (RamJack) I had called another company at first they came out looked at the house said it was caused by earthquake and the whole house was off kilter and wanted $58,650.00 to fix it. called American Leveling (RamJack) and got Chuck he came out and looked at the house for a second quote. this is what he told me what the house had was a lintel sack over the garage that cracked the brick do to the weight of the brick and I needed a brick mason in order to fix that, but he did want to look at the rest of the house while he was there and he did see a small crack in the brick on the west side and told me to watch it and if it got any larger to call him back and they would fix it, my main point is if you want an honest, professional to tell you the truth and give you a good price call American Leveling Company and ask for Chuck 405-787-9229 read more

Let me first say that I did about 9 months of research on foundation leveling before I went with American Leveling Company. I went on Angie's List, got recommendations from my neighbors and asked for referrals from my friends on the neighborhood site Nextdoor. I got five different estimates...and American Leveling won my business. They were the only company to not only follow up with me, but invited me to go watch a house be "raised." Not the cheapest and not the most expensive, but competitive with that other "Lift" company that advertises on TV. Lifetime transferable warranty and their ratings on Angie's List are actually better than that other "Lift" company. Anyway...got 21 steel piers around my home. They were honest about the results and I was prepared for anything that might happen. Since my home has needed repair for many years, mostly the piers were used to stabilize. BUT I had significant results around the garage (see pics). They cleaned up their mess and were very professional in their dealings with me. Remember, you get what you pay for! Highly recommended...now I gotta get new windows. read more

For the situation from the Nicholas W. Review: So, I'm not aware of every detail of this situation, but it sounds like the seller just got caught trying to kick the can down the road. I find it interesting that the seller of the home is leaving a review of Ram jack, who, they didn't have work done on their house - it appears. It seems they are mad that the buyers had Ram Jack help discover that they had severe foundation issues. As a first-time home buyer I got totally screwed on this and got left with piers that were small concrete blocks - they failed after 3 months and the company was nowhere in site to help. Ram Jack later came out and put in 17 piers with steel pipe that go 20 feet into the ground. They also pulled out piers from 3 different companies who had tried to fix the foundation before with cheaper methods and materials. You get what you pay for - I'd take a permanent $5,500 solution from Ram Jack over $4,000 concrete block and my foundation failing later. This is a classic example of a seller trying to kick the can down the road. Don't be alarmed by this review - Ram Jack's product is a lifetime product. It will hold your house up forever, as opposed to a few months from a guy that charges less. read more

American Leveling did a great job anchoring a brick veneer wall for one of my clients. The price was very reasonable, the workers polite and professional. Wow! What a great business to deal with! They have been in business since 1936 and their customer service and workmanship is why. Doug Denison, the owner, came out and gave me an estimate for leveling my house. After agreeing to the work, we set a date for repairs. The crew was here at precisely 8 am and worked until 4 pm. They found bed rock at 40 feet so there was a lot of pipe laid. After the job was done, they cleaned up everything including the flower beds, patio, sidewalks and driveway. You can hardly tell that they were ever here! I will recommend American Leveling to anyone who needs piers for their house! Oh and thanks to Juan for keeping me informed on a regular basis. Ram Jack was the worst quote I received ranging from the interaction to the pricing. Chuck Denison was the Ram Jack representative that came out and performed the inspection. Mr. Denison was rude and unprofessional. Beginning with introductions my realtor addressed him with a good morning and he did not respond until he said "Are you going to tell me something new, or are you going to tell me what I already know." My realtor obviously asked him to do the inspection, and he proceeded with a quick walk around. After he finished he stated to my relator "I've already been out to this house two years ago, and here is my inspection from then." Just to note, I never had this individual inspect my house, my wife two years ago had a Ram Jack inspector come out, that just so happened to be this guy. My wife and I never talked about that inspection, and after two years she forgot she had an inspection done, so I was completely unaware of any prior reports on foundation inspection before listing the house. Following that rude encounter, Mr. Denison continued to be unprofessional by badmouthing the other two foundation companies and later told the buyers of my house that he had already come out two years ago and provided his report, and that he doesn't know why we had him come out again. This resulted in the buyers backing out of buying the house because of his statement, saying that we seemed untrustworthy from the Ram Jack guys review. This man made my image look bad off of an inspection that I never had anything to do with. The quote he provided was $5,500.00, and that turned out to be $1,500.00 or more than the other two companies I had come out and quote the foundation. That's weird I wonder why two other companies quoted $1,500.00 less than Ram Jack's representative did? That question does not matter at this point, because I will never use Ram Jack off of the sole basis of how unprofessional their representatives are. Ram Jack please retrain your technicians on customer etiquette before sending out more unprofessional representatives to other peoples homes. Not only was the office staff very helpful, the inspector was professional & knowledgeable.
